“I returned to a happy healthy puppy. It was my first time leaving him so I was very worried but leaving him with Maddy in the comfort of our own home was so helpful. Maddy went above and beyond. I had a very long travel day in the morning I left. And when I booked she already had commitments until later in the evening which I was aware of. I thought it would be okay and just had my neighbor check on him later in the afternoon in the crate and he had had diarrhea while in his crate. I was so worried about him but Maddie was incredibly communicative cleaned up made sure he was comfy and taken care of and he did not have another accident for the rest of my trip.”

“Previous canine members of my wife's and my family have had very good experiences boarding with Rover caregivers, but my wife and I realized that Annie, whom we adopted in July, would not be happy in a space other than her own, so, we searched Rover for a house-sitter to care for Annie while we traveled overnight to celebrate Thanksgiving with out-of-town family. When we returned home we found that Quiana had not only carried out our instructions for her but had 'gone above and beyond' them, as well. The experience overall was exceptional. My wife and I hope that Quiana will be available whenever we need someone to care for Annie in the future, and we recommend Quiana enthusiastically to others who need a house-sitter to care for their dogs.”

I booked Velvet late in the evening the night before, and she shifted her schedule to help me last minute and was wonderful with communication. Erik has been wonderful at keeping odin on schedule and using the activities I suggest to drain Odin mentally and physically. EVERY time I've come home after Erik's been with Odin, he's been balanced. (Which says a lot as Odin learns to how to navigate his separation anxiety). “Britney house sat for me with my 3 pets (1 dog & 2 cats) while I was away visiting family for 5 days. She was an incredible sitter & an A+ communicator! My pets fell in love with her within minutes of her meet-and-greet, & she sent many text updates & photos/videos throughout her stay, which made me feel connected with my pets & reassured me that they were having a good time. Since she has a dog & cat of her own at home, I knew I'd be leaving them in good hands. She was also really quick to respond to my original request, which was so appreciated since it was only 3 days before my trip & I was scrambling after my original sitter canceled. Her younger brother also stopped by occasionally (with my permission, of course) to keep the pets company while Britney was studying & they loved him too! When I got home, the place was clean & the sheets/towels she used were washed & folded. I really appreciate how thoughtful & loving she was. Would definitely book Britney again!”
