“I returned to a happy healthy puppy. It was my first time leaving him so I was very worried but leaving him with Maddy in the comfort of our own home was so helpful. Maddy went above and beyond. I had a very long travel day in the morning I left. And when I booked she already had commitments until later in the evening which I was aware of. I thought it would be okay and just had my neighbor check on him later in the afternoon in the crate and he had had diarrhea while in his crate. I was so worried about him but Maddie was incredibly communicative cleaned up made sure he was comfy and taken care of and he did not have another accident for the rest of my trip.”

About: Hi! I’ve loved and cared for animals for most of my life. I truly see them as unique and complex beings, just like humans. Whether it’s dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, or birds—I’m comfortable with just about any animal and happy to follow your care instructions to a T. I don’t get intimidated easily, and I’m always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved. You can count on me to treat your pets like family I’m currently a college student studying sonography. My in-person classes are on Monday and Wednesdays ,friday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, so I’m available after those times. On monday and Wednesday , I have in person classes in the mornings but Tuesdays and Thursdays I have zoom but I’m still available for pet care during that time if you're comfortable with it- I have breaks and I’m usually done by 1:30 PM. Saturdays, and Sundays I’m completely free all day! Your pet will always have my full attention. I’ll make sure they get regular potty breaks or walks so they don’t feel overwhelmed or restless. If your pet has a scheduled mealtime, I’ll stick to it closely. If not, I’ll feed them twice a day ,once in the morning and once in the evening ,to keep them comfortable and cared for.

I booked Velvet late in the evening the night before, and she shifted her schedule to help me last minute and was wonderful with communication. Even more importantly, Velvet made this sweet rescue boy (again, fresh off the streets) feel calm, comfortable, and she even got him to snuggle with her! If she's this much of an dog whisperer with a fearful stray boy, I can only imagine the incredible care a beloved pet would receive. Thank you so incredibly much, Velvet!
