“Laurel was super nice and available at the last minute! Communicated with us through the whole process and kept us updated with every visit! Usually I’m hesitant about giving a stranger access to our home, but with her I only got positive vibes! And she is awesome! I will recommend her to anyone seeking a sitter for their pets! Thank you so much Laurel, we really appreciate you!”

“Marinna is very thoughtful and thorough! She took the time to meet our little buddy before we left to make sure he would respond well to her. Marinna asked lots of questions to better understand exactly what our dog needed and our expectations for his care. She went above and beyond to provide our buddy with lots of love and enrichment!”

“Marsha was a lifesaver! We booked her just hours before we needed her. She was available both times for two days. Our girls really loved the attention, play time and loves she gave. We felt like she treated our 2 girl pups like they were her own. We will definitely be using Marsha again.”

“Kimrey was the perfect sitter for our two kitties and we loved having her stop by to care for them while we were out of town. We’ll definitely be rebooking with Kimrey for future travels!”

About: I am a dependable and caring person who genuinely loves spending time with all types of animals. I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality, whether they’re energetic and ready for a long walk or happiest with some extra attention and belly rubs. During walks and drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention, and care while keeping their normal routine in mind. I want every visit to be something your dog looks forward to and for you to feel confident knowing they’re being well cared for while you’re away! As a college student at the University of Oklahoma, my schedule is fairly flexible, more so in the afternoons. I have classes mostly in the morning during the week, but I’m available for walks and drop-in visits in the afternoons and evenings. My weekends are also pretty open, with Saturday home football games being my only commitment. I have lots of flexibility to work around your pet’s routine. Since I’ll mainly be doing walks and drop-in visits, I’ll make sure I follow the instructions you leave for your pet and keep things as close to their normal routine as possible. I’ll pay attention to their behavior and surroundings while we’re out walking, and I’ll make sure they’re settled and comfortable before I leave. I’ll also be respectful of your home and make sure I leave things the way I found them. I’m happy to send a few pictures or updates during the visit so you know how things are going.

In addition, I will administer any medication needed. After all the mandatory parts are completely, id love to stick around and play with your fur babies to keep them entertained and get some energy out before I leave and would be more than happy to send photos of the entire process! A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
