“Julie exceeded our expectations in every way. We are new to town and were extremely hesitant to leave our post-surgical dog with a sitter. On top of dog care, she stayed in our home and took care of our three cats and garden. She even took our dog to her place during the 4th of July fireworks in case he became anxious. Julie sent us tons of pics, videos, and updates and our house looked better when we returned than when we left. Our pets loved her being here and she really went the extra mile. We will absolutely hire her again!”

“Shelby was so good with our dog Jake and cat Mama. Jake went on several outings with her, and the house was well kept and all in order when we got home from our trip. A big plus to Shelby's care is she agreed to our request for a dog sitter on very short notice. I couldn't have asked for a better last-minute sitter. We will use her services for house/pet care again!!”

“Steph was awesome and I felt very comfortable with her staying in my home overnight with my pets. Both of My pets are seniors and Steph text me if she had any concerns. Accompanied these with pictures. I’ll ask for her Again.”

About: I have lots of experience around all kinds and sizes of pets! I grew up with cats, dogs, and horses and have pet sit for families with multiple pets in the home. I worked at a wildlife rehabilitation center for multiple years so I have experience giving meds and caring for animals with special needs or health problems. I’d love the opportunity to set up a time to chat and see if I’d be a good fit for you and your pet(s)! I’m finishing up my last class at OU so I have a very flexible schedule and could be present for most of the day. I’m comfortable doing whatever is needed to keep your fur baby happy and healthy. I have experience taking multiple dogs on a walk, feeding on a schedule, letting them out, I can do it all!
“Cheyenne was so sweet to the dogs. She came for a meet and greet, and was immediately sitting on the floor petting them. I couldn’t even get her to choose a favorite of our three… she said she loved them all! And I gotta say, one of the nights she stayed here, there was a tornado or something, and she handled it really well!! Will be booking again.”

“Ava is not just incredible she’s a genius when it comes to taking care of the babies. She’s so smart and so caring and just simply amazing. Her value is beyond words and you cannot ask for a better person to care for your babies.”

About: I have taken care of dogs a lot in my life. I have two dogs myself and they make my life much better. My friends also rely on me whenever they need someone to take care of their dog. I have an open schedule so I can take care of your dog anytime you need me to. I can also work on weekends if needed. I have two dogs and I always make sure they have good food and water nearby. I always take my dogs for a walk because I know that is essential for their health.
“Claire was more than wonderful with our loved cat Olivia. She is our pride and joy and we needed to find the best person to take care of her in our house for 12 days. That is why we hired Claire! She came to our house before hand to meet Olivia and us. She is confident and very knowledgeable. She sent us pictures of Olivia all the time. When we came back Olivia looked beautiful, which has not happened before with other care. This indicates that Olivia felt taken care of was calm and had fun with Claire! I will contact Claire again in the future to take care of Olivia and wholeheartedly recommend her!”

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals since I was 10 years old. I worked on my aunt’s ranch where I cared for a variety of animals including dogs and cats. I also have a lot of experience with dogs since I showed my dog in 4H and won several awards. I love animals of all shapes and sizes so I’m sure I will be a perfect fit for your furry friend. I care for my pets every morning and every night. During three of the weekdays, I have class but I return home right after to spend time with them and get them exercise. I carry dog treats with me when doing visits to help the dogs feel more comfortable. I also enjoy taking long walks with dogs to keep them entertained. I am particularly fond of cats, as they are my favorite animal. I have four cats myself, and I think cats are truly precious. I love taking care of animals. My apartment complex features a significant amount of green space and a dog park. In my apartment, there are dog toys, cat toys, cat trees, and three different pet water fountains.
“Alaina was great! She took the boys for some walks, one got muddy and she bathed him, and one also got an upset stomach one day in the house. She cleaned it all up and made sure he was good to go. She really did well with my furry kids. I will use her again whenever I am in need of someone to trust with them.”

About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog feels the most comfortable, loved, and most importantly safe in the short time I have them. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm an out of state college student who has three larger dog breeds at home that I miss so much. And I’ve grown up around dogs all my life so making pups as happy as I can and taking care of them just come second nature for me! Although I've been a lifelong dog lover, my experience with pups is much more far-reaching than that. I recently have over 2 years of volunteering experience at a no-kill animal shelter called “City of Norman Animal Welfare” and I’m hoping to take my lived experience and activism with animals into a summer job. I've worked with dogs big and small and loved taken care of all of them equally. I've also been trained in Pet First Aid and am experienced administering medication. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup, their needs, and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs!! like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having together <3 Note: Might do cats in the future, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve grown allergic so Benadryl is a must. I am currently working an internship at a museum with very flexable hours for the summer giving me lots of time to play and walk your pups! With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)
About: Ever since I was little I have had a passion for caring and loving animals! When I was just 13 years old, I started my own pet sitting company and I’ve been doing it ever since. I have taken care of very old and injured dogs as well as newborn puppies. I love them all:) I am currently in college and have a very flexible schedule. The only time I have class is MWF from 10am-3pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays no class! I like for the animals to be inside with me, when I am out or inside the house. If I let them out, I like to be outside watching them most of the times. They are always welcome to be inside with me whenever they want.

“I can't say enough good things about Vivian & Shaeffer! She stepped in extremely last minute to care for my dog Gizzy Halloween weekend. I appreciate her willingness to adjust her plans to make sure I was comfortable leaving Gizzy. She was very communicative and prompt in her responses. She left my home significantly better than she found it as well. I will definitely be working with Vivian in the future. She made what was looking to be a very stressful weekend so much better. Thank you Vivian!”

“Brianna did an amazing job taking care of our dog, Kona! She kept our house neat and tidy, sent regular updates, and was great with communication throughout. We highly recommend her and would definitely book again!”

Claire did an outstanding job house sitting and taking care of our our two German Shepherds and our little pug mix. She kept us updated throughout the week with messages and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We came home to a well-kept house and three happy dogs. Claire is reliable, caring, and an excellent communicator. We would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable pet and house sitter!
Jacie stayed one night and took great care of our dog and cat. She sent frequent pictures and updates. Everything looked to be in great order when we got home. She had even put the sheets and towels from her room in to wash. Would definitely recommend her to stay with your pets.

Brooke demonstrated her commitment to the welfare of our dogs by going the extra mile when our flights home were delayed because of weather. Can’t say enough about her diligence, dependability and compassion. Second time we’ve been lucky enough to have secured her services.

Angel's name suits her very well, cause she was an angel when I had an emergency and she kept my dog within an hour. I had him at her house! I'm so very pleased with her. She sent pictures and made me feel very comfortable and I'm sure he loves it there, I just hope he still wants to come home with me! ;) 🥰. She most definitely gets a five star from me!

Emma provided outstanding sitter and dog walking services; her dedication and care for both of my pups were phenomenal, as if she were taking care of her own pups. She was patient and understanding of my dogs' unique traits and behaviors, going so far as to meet them before fully committing to caring for them to ensure they were both comfortable with her. I absolutely recommend her services and will continue to book her. You won't regret her; it was certainly a 5-starred all-around experience. Thanks a lot for the genuine love and care you showed Jiggy and Odin!

Alex did a great job house sitting and taking care of our two senior dogs! He kept us updated with progress reports and pictures. He did all of this over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We could relax and enjoy our trip, knowing that Alex was there to care for them. Thank you, Alex!
Mina is amazing! She is flexible, communicates well, is respectful, and LOVES my dogs! She took very good care of my dogs and my home. I trust her and my dogs trust her, toast important! I have already booked a second visit with her! She will be my permanent dog sitter from here on out. Give her a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Alexander took care of our dog and 2 cats in our home for 2 weeks, and he did an excellent job.. He even checked in on a stray who had been coming around that we were worried about. He sent us frequent photos/videos, which helped ease our minds that our pets were being well taken care of. The house was spotless when we came home. I highly recommend him, and I will definitely try to book with him first for all future pet care needs.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
The average cost for House Sitting in Hall Park on Rover is $27.75 per night (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.
Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .
As of July 2026, there are 842 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Hall Park. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Hall Park walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Hall Park maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Hall Park choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Hall Park. On Rover:
- 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
