I was nervous about someone we just met staying in my home with my dogs while we were away. Also, I have three pitties who come with a LOT of energy. Chris did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable at the two meet and greets, as well as this past weekend while we were in Tennessee. She was communicative and very helpful. She left the house cleaner than when she arrived. It’s safe to say that, given how it has gone so far, we are much more confident going to France for almost two weeks in a few days here. We’re confident Chris will take care of our home and pups. Got ourselves a dog sitter.

Cassidy took great care of our fur babies! Our normal sitter was not available this time, so of course went with another. She took the time to spend with our senior pup when she needed it the most and also gave lots of love to our kitties and cleaned their boxes without asking. Would recommend or use again if needed!

I can't say enough good things about Vivian & Shaeffer! She stepped in extremely last minute to care for my dog Gizzy Halloween weekend. I appreciate her willingness to adjust her plans to make sure I was comfortable leaving Gizzy. She was very communicative and prompt in her responses. She left my home significantly better than she found it as well. I will definitely be working with Vivian in the future. She made what was looking to be a very stressful weekend so much better. Thank you Vivian!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. One experience that shaped the way I care for animals was looking after my dog during her battle with cancer. She lived to be 16 years old, and during that time, I learned how important patience, consistency, and compassion are. I was responsible for administering medications, monitoring her comfort, helping with her mobility, and making sure she always felt safe and loved. That experience gave me confidence caring for senior dogs and pets with special needs, while also reinforcing the importance of paying close attention to changes in behavior or health. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy who loves long walks or a senior who needs a slower pace and extra care, I will provide dependable, attentive, and loving care tailored to their individual needs. My goal is for every pet to feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while you're away, and for every owner to have complete peace of mind. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I typically work at a cheerleading gym coaching evenings from about 4:30 p.m. to 8:00–8:30 p.m., so I'm available most weekdays for morning and early afternoon walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting until around 2:30 p.m. On Fridays, I have even greater flexibility, and I'm also available most weekends. I'm reliable, punctual, and happy to work with pet owners to find a schedule that best meets their needs. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and any special instructions so I can provide consistent, individualized care. Whether I'm caring for your pet in your home or taking them on a walk, I'll make sure they have fresh water, plenty of attention, exercise, and a safe environment at all times. I'm attentive to details such as securely locking doors and gates, using leashes and harnesses properly, monitoring pets during walks, and keeping a close eye on their behavior for any signs of stress or illness. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, so I treat every animal as if they were my own and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life! I have had German Shepherds since I was a baby and especially love big dogs. I started dog walking and house sitting for my neighbour's in 2020, giving me experience with pets other than my own. I truly love animals and view them as important as children, and I would love to take care of yours! I’m currently a full-time college student with a flexible schedule. I’m available before and after classes on weekdays, and I have open availability on weekends. I’m committed to providing reliable, attentive care and will work with you to find times that fit your pet’s routine. I provide care in your pet’s familiar home environment, where they can stay comfortable and maintain their normal routine. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special care. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old. I’ve raised and cared for two beautiful Bernese Mountain Dogs, and I currently have two lovable mixed breeds named Kevin and Mouse. I handle daily walks, feeding, administering medication, and giving lots of attention! I'm comfortable with big dogs, shy dogs, and everything in between—and I always treat each pup like family. I’m currently a Sophomore at the University of Oklahoma, but I offer dog-walking, drop-in visit, and house sitting services! I’m available most weekdays and weekends, with flexible openings in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality, needs, and routines so they feel safe and relaxed during our time together. I’m gentle, patient, and experienced with administering medication, handling leash walks safely, and caring for dogs with different energy levels and temperaments. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or a long walk, I treat every pet like my own—with kindness, respect, and lots of love.

About: My motto is that it's my responsibility to make sure that each dog feels the most comfortable, loved, and most importantly safe in the short time I have them. Every day that I'm with your pup, I keep that motto at the forefront of my mind. I know how important dogs are to our lives, so it's my duty to make sure that your pup gets to experience the same kind of love and care that they're used to at home. I'm an out of state college student who has three larger dog breeds at home that I miss so much. And I’ve grown up around dogs all my life so making pups as happy as I can and taking care of them just come second nature for me! Although I've been a lifelong dog lover, my experience with pups is much more far-reaching than that. I recently have over 2 years of volunteering experience at a no-kill animal shelter called “City of Norman Animal Welfare” and I’m hoping to take my lived experience and activism with animals into a summer job. I've worked with dogs big and small and loved taken care of all of them equally. I've also been trained in Pet First Aid and am experienced administering medication. When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It's a great way to make sure that we're all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup, their needs, and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it's always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs!! like to get down on their level to show them that I'm a welcome presence here to make friends, and I'm sure we'll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it is to be away from your best friend, so communication is the name of my game. I'll make sure to send plenty of regular updates with accompanying pictures so you can see just how much fun your pup and I are having together <3 Note: Might do cats in the future, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve grown allergic so Benadryl is a must. I am currently working an internship at a museum with very flexable hours for the summer giving me lots of time to play and walk your pups! With the internship I just need to work 12 hours a week but can come and go from the museum as I like and can take an hour off for lunch, work only 2 days a week, only work early mornings, it is truely amazing having such an independent schedule, which is why I thought dog sitting & walking would be a great idea. Would love to do boarding/doggy daycare, like I said in my bio, I miss my dogs at home so much so giving some weekend love to yours won’t be a problem. But I do live in an apartment and having any animal for longer than a week without having them registered with the building would be against my lease, so I cannot do super long sleepovers :( My entire apartment complex is fenced in but because theres other people they would be on a leash, but theres PLENTY of grass to go potty and frolic. We also have a large yard in the center of the apartment complex where they can run and stretch their legs off leash. While all dogs are outside on or off leash they will NEVER leave my sight regardless of have a history of running away or not. Love playing fetch with dogs and rewarding good behavoir with lots of treats. (Dietary concerns considered) I drive a toyota highlander SUV with plenty of space for transporting your pups and making sure they’re secure and totally safe. Just like watching your dogs transporting them should be done with the utmost care and I have a squeaky clean drivng record. I currently do not have a crate at my apartment, but dogs generally feel most comfortable in their own bedding especially in a new unfamilar environment, if you’d allow me to bring it from your home and return it with your pet. There’s plenty of space in the apartment, but I’d only sit about three large dogs at a time to allow plenty of playtime space or incase they get the zoomies. Dog beds or crates can be in the livingroom or my bedroom wherever your pet is most comfortable sleeping. I am also comfortable washing dogs after having multiple sessions with them to gauge temperment. A lot of dogs get anxious with baths and I am more then comfortable handling that and have multiple times in the past, but I do not need to put myself in harms way dealing with aggressive untrained dogs. Nonetheless I understand that for a lot of middle aged dog parents bathing dogs is tedious and can hurt your back, so I am happy to provide a clean pup for an additional tip! (Skin concerns considered with products used)

Kenna is a very caring pet sitter, and provides outstanding care for your home. She stayed with my corgi for three nights and extended days providing lots of walks and ball play, his favorite. During her stay, a washer and dryer were installed. This was followed by a BIG plumbing emergency. She was quick to react and communicate, transport Wesley to a safe space, again making herself available for the repair, and cleaning up the entire mess. I cannot speak highly enough of her ability to handle the unexpected and dedication to providing the best care possible.

This was our first experience using Rover. Russell was wonderful from the beginning. He came to my house to meet me and the dogs prior to staying with them. I really appreciated that he took that extra step to make me feel comfortable about leaving my 2 dogs with him. He was really communicative the whole 6 days we were gone and sent me daily messages and photos of the dogs playing or getting pets. He has a Staffordshire also so I didn’t worry about him being comfortable with our big girl. The little one is the one that requires patience and he had plenty of that too. A genuine good guy with some maturity. I knew he would follow through with what he agreed to. That to me was very comforting. Thanks again Russell!

FAQs for House Sitting - Noble

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for House Sitting in Noble on Rover is $33.3 per night (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of September 2026, there are 674 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Noble. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:

  • Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
  • Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
  • Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
  • Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.

The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Noble walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.

It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Noble maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:

  • Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
  • Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
  • Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.

Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Noble choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Noble. On Rover:

  • 89% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
