She also asked a lot of questions about my dog and his behavior and how to best interact with him while I’m away. She sent lots of pictures and videos. Despite my boy being temperamental and having tummy issues while I was away I had a fantastic experience and my baby boy was as well taken care of as he could have been. I had so much anxiety leaving him while I went out of state and she made me feel a million times better. She’s also an amazing person and I’m so happy I’ve gotten to know her throughout the last few weeks and I’m sure we will stay connected. Seras watched our two shepherds and our home while we were away and she did an awesome job. She stayed with them whole time and gave updates throughout our trip and she even cleaned up a bit which was so appreciated not coming home to mountains of dog hair. Natalie was fantastic!! I cannot say enough about what a great pet sitter she is. This was our first time and we were a little nervous about how our two girls would react to Natalie. When we got home they were calm and relaxed and acted like we had just been out to eat and were now back home. We had been gone since Monday morning and now it is Sunday afternoon. This is the longest we have been gone. When we left them in boarding for 3 days last trip they were literally traumatized when we picked them up. Never again will we board them. Natalie is the best!!
