“This was my first Rover experience. My usual dog boarding option wasn’t available so I was grasping at straws last minute. I’m so glad do found Rover but even more happy that I found Josephine. I was able to book just a few days before my leave date and everything went flawlessly. My trip was 4 days and 3 nights. Josephine was very friendly and responsive anytime I reached out from beginning of booking to the end. She sends pictures and updates every day and let me know she would do more if I would like. She was flexible and allowed my in laws to pick up since my trip took longer than expected and allowed me to drop off a few minutes earlier than scheduled time. When I got back to my fur babies they were happy and healthy. I will definitely use Josephine again and anytime she is available!! Thank you again Josephine!”

The entire family was involved in Rhemy’s care and they did an outstanding job! He’s a typical puppy and busy, busy, busy but Scott kept him engaged thus allowing him to burn off that puppy energy. “We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. Austin was fantastic with our puppy! I know that puppy energy can be a lot for anyone and Austin didn't mind it at all. He had fantastic things to say about our crazy dog and his comments about some of our dog's personality let me know that he truly watched and noticed him. Our trip was also last minute and Austin accommodated us and sent pictures and videos of him that my children absolutely loved. Thank you Austin for taking care of our pup. Jessica was wonderful during Daisy’s spring break stay. She sent updates and pictures every day and stayed in constant communication, which was very important to us while we were traveling. Her home is very clean, quiet, and calm, which was perfect for Daisy. This is a great environment for older dogs or dogs that are used to a quieter household. She cared for Daisy as if she were her own, and it truly showed. Daisy came back happy and healthy, and we could tell she was well cared for the entire time.
