Josephine was very friendly and responsive anytime I reached out from beginning of booking to the end. She sends pictures and updates every day and let me know she would do more if I would like. She was flexible and allowed my in laws to pick up since my trip took longer than expected and allowed me to drop off a few minutes earlier than scheduled time. When I got back to my fur babies they were happy and healthy. I will definitely use Josephine again and anytime she is available!! Thank you again Josephine!”

“We left our two dogs (Chihuahua & French Bulldog), with April, her family and her own dog this past weekend, and we couldn't be happier. We did a meet and greet ahead of the stay, and our boys explored and got to meet everyone. April provided a wonderful, welcoming environment. She communicated well throughout the weekend and sent some snaps, putting our minds at ease. April noted she paid special attention when the weather was warmer outside not to let our frenchie play outside too long. (Which is always a plus knowing someone is giving breed-specific attention with a frenchie) It’s clear they were well-cared for and entertained the entire stay. It’s such a relief to know our boys were in such good hands and had so much fun. We will definitely be booking with April again!”
