“Over and above does not completely express Tracy’s passion for her job. I cannot thank her enough for her support and my peace of mind while I’m out of town for work.”

About: Hi! My name is Alaina and I work part time at a dog daycare, so I’m around all kinds of dogs every day—big, small, shy, energetic, you name it. I’m also certified in dog behavior and first aid through my workplace, a nationally recognized dog daycare and boarding company. I have a lot of hands-on experience with different temperaments, and I’m especially comfortable working with nervous or reactive dogs though my favorite are working breeds! I focus on reading body language, keeping things low-stress, and helping each dog feel safe and understood. I truly love being around animals, and I’ll care for your pet like they’re my own 💗 Currently, I work 6:45 am to 12:30 pm every weekday at a dog daycare located in Edmond so rest assured, whether your pup sleeps in or wakes up at the crack of dawn, I am able to accommodate! :) I take time to learn each pet’s routine, body language, triggers, and comfort level so they feel secure and stress-free. I closely supervise pets, keep doors/gates secure, follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, and maintain a clean environment. I’m also comfortable handling nervous, reactive, high-energy, or senior dogs and always use positive reinforcement and patience to build trust. In clients’ homes, I respect their space and follow all care instructions exactly as requested while providing regular updates, photos, and communication for peace of mind.
“Nichelle was AHMAZING! Decades of caring for animals professionally and a love of animals personally, I had zero concerns. She showed love and patience for my scaredy-cat, and was rewarded with cuddles by the end of the stay. Excellent for mil families- no issues with getting her a pass. I would highly recommend her, just not for the same dates as me! Loved how Rover would send an update daily along with pictures and a narrative of how the day went. Love, love, love!!”

“Very amazing, perfect communication and came home to a very clean mess free home ? I will try to rebook every time with Krysten! Thank you so much for taken such great care of my babies!!!”

“Autumn is the absolute best. She keeps me informed about every single thing w/ her interaction with my babies. I have two German Shepards and a Minature Aussie. All working breeds, so it’s a handful and she is able to handle it. Not to mention, one of the German Shepards are a puppy. It’s a lot, and she is a pro!! We always tell our dogs “Autumn is coming.” & we are pretty sure they know her by name LOL. They love her!”

“Tara did a great job watching my Belgian Malinois (Hayduke) while I was out of town. Tara provided pictures from every visit and was very good at communicating and providing updates. I could tell by her questions and the way she interacted with Hayduke that she really cares about animals and treated him as one of her own. Malinois can be a tricky breed to handle, but Tara had no problems at all. I highly recommend Tara to anyone that needs a pet sitter; your pet will be in good hands!”

“First time using Rover and experience was absolutely amazing. She communicated well and could tell she really cared for my pups well being and happiness. 10/10 will use again.”

“Dakota is phenomenal, he cared for our babies like they were his own, especially our kitten who's 12 weeks. We couldn't be more thankful for him, we will definitely be booking with him again!”

“Thanks to you I was able to handle my friends funeral. You’re the best. You are a great help when things in my life go wrong. I thank you so much for being Gus’s friend and caregiver.”

“Latoya went above and beyond. Took care of our bunny and two cats for a weekend, and we can tell she treated them as if they were her own boys. She did some of the more strenuous and dirty parts that we didn’t expect her to do! Really appreciate her effort and dedication to her craft”

“Can’t say enough about them! They have been looking after Winston for quite some time now and he might as well be apart of their family. Communication is always excellent, care is excellent, everything is excellent. I never have to worry when I am traveling. They are the best!”

“Chandler is a fantastic sitter! He is always responsive, on time and very kind. Trustworthy and compassionate and has been the perfect person to watch over my senior dog with health issues.”

“Exceptional Pet and Home Care! BrieAnn was absolutely amazing while we were away! She took such great care of our cats giving them lots of love and attention and she sent daily updates and pictures without us even having to ask, which gave us complete peace of mind. On top of that, she went above and beyond by watering our plants, checking the mail, and even taking the trash cans to the curb. We came home to happy, relaxed cats and a spotless home. We can’t recommend BrieAnn enough she’s reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about both pets and people.”

About: I have personally trained all of my Dalmatians over the years, and one of them is a fully trained service dog. I am highly comfortable working with dogs at all training levels, from high-energy puppies to senior dogs requiring extra patience and specialized care. Specialized Experience Rescue Volunteer & Foster: Experienced working with dogs from abusive backgrounds. I understand how to manage, support, and build trust with fearful or reactive dogs. On-Site Storm Shelter: For peace of mind during severe weather, I have an on-site storm shelter. If there is a tornado warning, your dog will be brought directly into the shelter with me. Bookings & Multi-Dog Families My profile shows a 2-dog limit to keep the environment calm, but I am very flexible with mid-week handovers. For example, I am happy to have your dogs drop off on a Tuesday even if a different guest isn't checking out until Wednesday or Thursday. If you have a multi-dog household or the calendar looks full for the specific days you need, please message me directly so we can coordinate the timing. I primarily work part time from home and will be able to give your pet all the attention they may need. I can do just daycare or over night if you need. At my home, your dog will enjoy a secure environment with a 5 to 6-foot-high fenced yard and plenty of supervised playtime. I’m always outside with the dogs—partly because my own diva Dalmatian insists I be there, too! I have two very friendly, high-energy Dalmatians who love to play and are great at tiring out their new friends. I also have two crates available if needed for rest, feeding, or downtime. Your pet's comfort, safety, and routine are always my top priorities.
“Any time we travel Kelsey is the first person we contact to care for our elderly cat. She’s completely reliable and is a loving caregiver. I can’t recommend her enough and would give her ten stars if I could!”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Midwest City. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
