About: A deep love and understanding of animals runs in my veins — my father is a veritable animal whisperer who passed on his love of fur babies to me. I grew up with multiple dogs in our house and personally believe pets thrive on attention, love, nurturing, and a stable schedule. The love, patience, kindness, gentleness, respect, and playfulness that comes so naturally when caring for a beloved pet is something I believe all animals deserve — and something I’m excited to shower on your fur babies! I appreciate a detailed list of eating/potty schedules, favorite toys/treats, appropriate cadence and frequency of walks, daily playtime, preferred vet, food specifics, medicine specifics, ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF TO MAKE THIS A FUN & RELAXING EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR PET. I work from home and I make my own schedule so I have all the flexibility needed for an awesome experience for your fur baby! I have a fenced-in yard with lots of room to run and play, as well as a covered patio for them to cool off. We spend most of our time outside, but if it’s raining or they just want to come in, we’ll hang out in the living room where I love playing interactive games — if the pup is up for it!

About: I have a wide range of pet care experience and truly enjoy tailoring my care to each animal’s unique needs. What sets me apart is my patience, attentiveness, and genuine love for animals of all ages. I’m comfortable working with energetic puppies, helping reinforce basic training, routines, and positive behaviors, as well as providing gentle, attentive care for senior pets who may need extra time, support, or medication reminders. When I pet sit in someone’s home, I treat their dogs with the same care, love, and attention I would give my own. I am very affectionate and highly interactive, making sure each dog feels comfortable, safe, and happy while their owners are away. I spend quality time playing with them, giving plenty of cuddles, and keeping them engaged so they don’t feel lonely or stressed. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and any special instructions to ensure their daily routine stays consistent. My goal is to provide a calm, loving presence and excellent care so both the dogs and their owners can feel confident and at ease.

About: Hi! My name is Alaina and I work part time at a dog daycare, so I’m around all kinds of dogs every day—big, small, shy, energetic, you name it. I’m also certified in dog behavior and first aid through my workplace, a nationally recognized dog daycare and boarding company. I have a lot of hands-on experience with different temperaments, and I’m especially comfortable working with nervous or reactive dogs though my favorite are working breeds! In clients’ homes, I respect their space and follow all care instructions exactly as requested while providing regular updates, photos, and communication for peace of mind.

“Tara did a great job watching my Belgian Malinois (Hayduke) while I was out of town. Tara provided pictures from every visit and was very good at communicating and providing updates. I could tell by her questions and the way she interacted with Hayduke that she really cares about animals and treated him as one of her own. About: I have taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was a child. I have vast experience with anxious or nervous dogs and ones with high energy. I have cared for dogs from Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to Great Danes, Mastiffs, and Huskies and currently regularly dog sit two dogs.
