About: A deep love and understanding of animals runs in my veins — my father is a veritable animal whisperer who passed on his love of fur babies to me. I grew up with multiple dogs in our house and personally believe pets thrive on attention, love, nurturing, and a stable schedule. The love, patience, kindness, gentleness, respect, and playfulness that comes so naturally when caring for a beloved pet is something I believe all animals deserve — and something I’m excited to shower on your fur babies! I appreciate a detailed list of eating/potty schedules, favorite toys/treats, appropriate cadence and frequency of walks, daily playtime, preferred vet, food specifics, medicine specifics, ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF TO MAKE THIS A FUN & RELAXING EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR PET. I work from home and I make my own schedule so I have all the flexibility needed for an awesome experience for your fur baby! I have a fenced-in yard with lots of room to run and play, as well as a covered patio for them to cool off. We spend most of our time outside, but if it’s raining or they just want to come in, we’ll hang out in the living room where I love playing interactive games — if the pup is up for it!
About: I have had 2 dogs during my life, but they are my world. No matter the age, size, or breed of dog, I have had 6+ years of experience in caring, bathing, and long-term sitting. Our furry friends deserve the best care they can get. Most days I’m completely open, but if you need a sitter on days I work, no biggy! I only work a few hours a day, so I am still available to watch, walk, drop in, and bathe your pups, as long as we’re both flexible! For long-term sitting, I am wide open, including weekends. Times to check in and care for your animals during those times can be discussed to figure out what would work best for both you and myself, along with whether or not you want me to stay overnight with them. If you are wanting to include a dog bath with any of my services, just let me know and we will discuss things like products, timing, and other details that I will need to know before providing one. After all is said and done, I will make the note on your booking and all will be good! I live on base so I am not able to bring your pets to my house, but I am more than happy to tend to your animals at yours. I have been actively caring for other people's pets in their homes for 5+ years now. Every concern, idea, and notice of yours will be taken into account and followed when I am in your home.

“Tara did a great job watching my Belgian Malinois (Hayduke) while I was out of town. Tara provided pictures from every visit and was very good at communicating and providing updates. I could tell by her questions and the way she interacted with Hayduke that she really cares about animals and treated him as one of her own. Malinois can be a tricky breed to handle, but Tara had no problems at all. I highly recommend Tara to anyone that needs a pet sitter; your pet will be in good hands!”

About: I have taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was a child. I have vast experience with anxious or nervous dogs and ones with high energy. I have cared for dogs from Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to Great Danes, Mastiffs, and Huskies and currently regularly dog sit two dogs. I have taken care of puppies as well as older dogs with special needs including two diabetic dachshunds that went blind. I also have no issue with changing diapers for dogs as needed! I am currently available any time except for Thursdays from 3:30-5:30pm for pet care! I don’t mind checking on pets very early or very late in the day either! I prefer to meet the client/pet prior to beginning pet sitting to ensure I can ask all necessary questions for their care. 10/10 stars, WOULD recommend! We have 2 dogs, one is sweet and a little shy and one is scared of everything and more especially everyone. He's a small dog so that shows up as big barks and refusal to interact with anyone but his people. We were nervous for Tracy, but she seemed confident. Her confidence was well placed. By the end of our trip and her visits with the dogs they were both sitting with her and accepting treats and pets. She came like clockwork everyday and spent all her minutes actively engaging with our animals in a super gentle and genuine way. We are those crazy people with cameras everywhere so we occasionally got to see Tracy when we peeked in on the dogs throughout the day and she was so sweet and kind. We will definitely use her in the future and our dogs miss their visits from her already!
Once again, our pup had an amazing time with Samantha and we felt totally at ease! She is observant, kind, trustworthy, great with animals, and excellent at communication.
