I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and gets lots of attention while you’re away. I’m a student with a flexible schedule and am available most days, including weekends. My class schedule varies, but I keep my calendar updated and will always communicate availability clearly. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits. I focus on keeping your pet’s routine consistent so they feel safe and comfortable. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I take time to understand each pet’s personality and needs, and I always provide updates so you know they’re in good hands.

About: I’ve personally trained my last two Dalmatians, and my current one is in service dog training—so I’m very comfortable working with dogs at different training levels, including puppies. I’ve also volunteered and fostered for the Humane Society, working with dogs from abusive backgrounds. Helping them recover and find loving homes has given me valuable experience with fearful or reactive dogs. I’m also experienced with senior dogs and understand the patience and extra care they may need. For added peace of mind, I have a storm shelter on-site—if there’s a tornado warning, I’ll do everything I can to safely bring your dog in with me. While my profile shows a 2-dog limit, that’s mainly to allow for some overlap during drop-offs and pick-ups. If you have more than two dogs from the same household, I’m happy to accommodate them all. I primarily work part time from home and will be able to give your pet all the attention they may need. I can do just daycare or over night if you need. At my home, your dog will enjoy a secure environment with a 5 to 6-foot-high fenced yard and plenty of supervised playtime. I’m always outside with the dogs—partly because my own diva Dalmatian insists I be there, too! I have two very friendly, high-energy Dalmatians who love to play and are great at tiring out their new friends. I also have two crates available if needed for rest, feeding, or downtime. Your pet's comfort, safety, and routine are always my top priorities.

About: I have had 2 dogs during my life, but they are my world. No matter the age, size, or breed of dog, I have had 6+ years of experience in caring, bathing, and long-term sitting. Our furry friends deserve the best care they can get. Most days I’m completely open, but if you need a sitter on days I work, no biggy! I only work a few hours a day, so I am still available to watch, walk, drop in, and bathe your pups, as long as we’re both flexible! For long-term sitting, I am wide open, including weekends. Times to check in and care for your animals during those times can be discussed to figure out what would work best for both you and myself, along with whether or not you want me to stay overnight with them. If you are wanting to include a dog bath with any of my services, just let me know and we will discuss things like products, timing, and other details that I will need to know before providing one. After all is said and done, I will make the note on your booking and all will be good! I live on base so I am not able to bring your pets to my house, but I am more than happy to tend to your animals at yours. I have been actively caring for other people's pets in their homes for 5+ years now. Every concern, idea, and notice of yours will be taken into account and followed when I am in your home.

“Tara did a great job watching my Belgian Malinois (Hayduke) while I was out of town. Tara provided pictures from every visit and was very good at communicating and providing updates. I could tell by her questions and the way she interacted with Hayduke that she really cares about animals and treated him as one of her own. Malinois can be a tricky breed to handle, but Tara had no problems at all. I highly recommend Tara to anyone that needs a pet sitter; your pet will be in good hands!”

About: I have 10 years of watching, bathing, and taking care of dogs. I definitely make sure that I give 125% whenever I take care of pets I can walk pets after I get off work at 6 and anytime during the day on the weekends. I can also watch pets over the weekend at a moments notice. I make sure that the safety of the pet is the priority whenever I watch the pet. This allows me to be available most days, ecspecially Friday-Monday. My husband is also off during the summer, so if your fur babies are being boarded at my house, they have 24/7 care. In my home, I have a room dedicated to animals that I board. So if you want them kept separate from my animals they can be. If you want them to have company, I have both cats and dogs that are loving and love new friends. I have a huge back yard that is treated against things like fleas/ticks and it is animal safe. I can provide crates for any size dog if needed. I have tons of dog toys, cat toys, and little pools for cooling down on hot days. I spend a lot of time making interactive fun play times for all my animals. For cats, they also have their own room with calming Sentry plug in to help create a calm environment for them. They will have their own litter boxes, toys, and every comfortable place they can lay in with lots of sunlight. My husband is off in the summers, and I work nights so I am up at night on my days off, in our home your animals have 24 hour care. As far as for care in your own home, I will care for them anyway that you normally do. I offer walks, play time, I can give them pets and hugs, I will do whatever they need to feel comfortable and safe. I can follow any specialized routine your pet may need. I also offer baths and nail trims if requested and it can be completed without stressing the animal too much. I offer these services for both cats and dogs.
