About: I have fenced in backyard with room to run around. I'm a very loving person towards animals, they have a certain way of always making you feel special. I grew up with a golden retriever and she was the sweetest. I've had fish as well and care about them like I would a dog or cat. I now have my own puppers. She is a 3 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who loves meeting new dogs! I have been dog sitting for many years for family and friends. I used to stay at the owner's houses but now since I have my own dog I ask that the dogs come to my house. I am home most of the day. I love playing outside, going for walks and cuddling up with the pups. I love to meet new dogs and love learning about their breed and their personalities, they're all so different! Leaving your pets with me will guarantee them a fun safe time! I currently work full-time at home so I'm able to be with the dogs if they come to my home. If dog walking is what you need, I have an hour long lunch each day and can come after 4pm as well. I have a large fenced-in yard and a young dog to keep your pup occupied. I have extra kennels at my house if needed, as well as a gate in my hallway if for any reason I would need it. I have many dog toys and treats to keep your dog happy as well. Daily walks are a must, weather permitted.

About: I have been taking care of dogs ever sense i can remember. I often volunteer at local animal shelters,I grew up around dogs, pet sat for family and friends, and even have my loving pitbull, Queen, which i adore. I trained Queen to do over 10 tricks, potty trained her, and did extensive research on how to give her the care that she needs!! Additionally,few years back, I took care of my senior dog, Cocoa. I gave her medication, wrapped her wounds, and made sure she lived a more comfortable and easy life when she fell ill. I had my family dog from a puppy until she was the age of 18 so I have a lot of senior dog experience. I also dog sat for a family for 8 years consecutively (also nannied their children). I took care of their senior diabetic dog and then later their new black lab puppy...I still watch him when they go on long trips. I have also dog sat for overnight/weeks/weekends for two separate families over the past few years. I now have my own cats Wren and Winnie who are the loves of my life. I currently have a very open schedule, so whenever you need me we can make it work. About: I'm vibrant, happy, loving playful woman. I was a dog owner for 15 years to Giorgio. My favorite Maltese. He was my best buddy a woman could ask for. Our favorite time together was bath time. Well for me not him. He didn't enjoy it too much. When it was done I groomed him and blow-dried him and sometimes gave him a trim. He was a patient little boy but his favorite time was when it was all done I'd put him down and he'd rub his butt on the floor and run around the room. He'd get a treat right after. We would take a nice nap after. Miss my little guy so much. He was the best dog. Blessed to have had him. I dog sit in homes for small dogs. I can stay in your home for drops or long term dog house sitting. I’m an active person so I can do pretty much anything with your dogs. Walking, dog parks, hanging out at home, feeding time, naps, and bedtime routine. I do it all with love and patience. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I make my own time so pet sitting and care will comfortably fit into my schedule I listen and follow the pet owners directions and use my best judgement and experience with each dog. About: Hi, my name is Carissa! I am experienced in caring for many animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and even farm animals. I owned an operated an open-play dog boarding and daycare facility in Southern California for five years (from 2014 through 2019) serving over 300 furry clients- all different sizes and personalities. Since moving back to my home-state of Michigan I worked as a veterinary assistant for two years in a general practice clinic, and am able to confidently provide first aid, as well as administer oral, topical, and injectable medications to pets in my care. Additionally, I am comfortable with caring for senior and special needs pets. I love all animals like family and would love the opportunity to care for your furbaby while you are away! I am available all day Fridays-Mondays. Perfect for long weekend trips! I do work to Tuesdays-Thursdays, 8am-5pm, but I am available in the evening on Thursdays for drop-off if needed (for an early Friday morning departure, etc.). I am available for drop-in visits Friday-Monday as well, and can also schedule drop-in visits between 6-8 pm Tuesday-Thursdays. Your pet would have tons of love in our home, with access to all living spaces and our large fenced-in yard. We currently have 1 indoor/outdoor kitty, but our chocolate lab recently passed away, so no pups in the home at this time.
