We had a sudden death in the family and needed to travel abroad at short notice and when we put out the request Joshua was very responsive and asked to do a meet and greet before confirming the booking. We thought this was great, as it gave all parties the chance to test the waters, especially our two cats, Karl and Debbie - it gave Joshua a chance to meet them, and them the chance to meet him, and also of course it gave us the chance to meet with Joshua and learn about the process, show him around the house, and make sure all were feeling great. Joshua sent detailed updates along with pictures. We have a very shy little cat, and even though she didn't quite break open her shell and hang out with Joshua, he was very kind in approaching her with caution and waiting around a bit longer to give her the chance to come out. He needed to be fed diabetic food and given insulin shots 2x per day so we were in a crunch to figure out how to have this handled before we leave town. About: I've been a dog lover my entire life. There has never been a time in my life I've lived without one. Caring for, playing with, and loving dogs is something I genuinely love. I have 2 dogs of my own. I am a mom of 3 kids. I work from home only part time. I am home home most days, if I leave it may be for only a few hours at a time. I feed them 2-3 times a day if not specified a feeding schedule, I train all of the dogs I frequently get to have bathroom breaks outdoors as well if not trained to do so.
