“Did a good job taking care of the pets. A couple of hiccups but stayed in communication well. Snow storm hit at the end of the week and offered extra help just in case. Much appreciated!”

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life! I grew up with very large dogs in my home and have been trusted with many others. I have been responsible for walking, feeding, entertaining, and loving many pets! I’m currently a student at the University of Minnesota but I commute from Jordan! I am available Tuesdays-Thursdays anytime after 2! Friday-Sunday I am usually pretty much all day! I always appreciate notes on typical behaviors and like to follow your dog’s routine. I create a loving and playful environment to exercise and care for dogs catered to their needs.
“Megan has been nothing less than amazing. She was able to accommodate my very last minute needs and take care of my fur babies so I could leave town for the weekend and not have the constant worry! Will definitely keep booking with her in the future.”

“I have never used Rover.com. I am very happy with Charlie. She came ahead to meet the cat and get details. She also fed the birds and watered flowers. She took pics of the cat and I will definitely use her again.”

About: Both Garth and Tracy come from "dog families" where dogs are allowed on furniture, come to family functions, and get together with other family dogs regularly. We both have experience with all types of dogs since we were in middle school. Our dog, Zeke, loves company and is friendly to everyone. We can't wait to meet more furry friends. :) One or both of us is home daily during the summer, making it easy for us to drop in to your home or for bringing your dog(s) to our place for the day and/or night. With our family near, we don't travel often, so we'll have plenty of availability during the summer and on weekends throughout the year. We'll work with you on your preference for care. If you'd like them inside, outside, taken on walks, fed treats or medications on certain intervals, we are happy to oblige. We have a fenced yard and one 6-year old dog who matches the vibe of visiting dogs. High or low energy or something in-between, Zeke (and we) are up for anything!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I grew up on a farm and learned my heart is wherever the animals are. Moving to Omaha from my small town, I’ve missed being around animals more than anything. I’m so excited to meet your furry friends and give them all the love. I’m currently a full time sales rep. I’m on the go a lot but that being said majority of my territory is Omaha. I do plan my schedule in advance so if I’m ever going further a day I will be sure to let you know. Weekends I’m available. My apartment has lots of space and want to make sure let’s feel comfortable. I currently dog sit for friends and family so my apartment is dog friendly! We have an amazing dog park and lots of great areas to go on long walks.
“Lydia did amazing with our dogs during her drop in visit. She was available on short notice and came for a meet n greet a couple of days prior. I’ll definitely consider Lydia to help watch our pups in the future!”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands-on experience with dogs of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels, from playful puppies to senior pets who need extra patience and care. I’m comfortable administering medications, following special care routines, and adapting to each pet’s unique needs so they feel safe and understood. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare, which gave me real-world experience handling high-energy dogs, group play, and dogs with reactivity or aggression—always prioritizing safety, calm handling, and positive interactions. I also grew up around animals, including horses, which taught me respect, confidence, and attentiveness around animals of all sizes. At home, I have two cats and a bearded dragon, and I also have experience caring for reptiles, birds, and other special pets so I’m very comfortable with more exotic or non-traditional pets. Truly, there isn’t an animal I don’t love or enjoy caring for. I’m extremely respectful of your home and your routines, and I pride myself on being dependable and detail-oriented. One thing that really sets me apart is communication—I provide frequent, detailed updates with photos, because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. I care for every pet as if they were my own, and my goal is for you to feel completely at ease knowing they’re in loving, capable hands. Daily pet care is already part of my routine. I care for my two cats with regular feeding schedules, litter maintenance, enrichment, and plenty of affection, and I maintain a consistent care routine for my bearded dragon, including feeding, habitat cleaning, temperature and lighting checks, and handling. Staying on top of daily needs, health cues, and routines comes second nature to me, and I bring that same structure, attentiveness, and care to every pet I look after. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comforting as possible. I’m very attentive to both their needs and their personalities—whether that means playing their favorite game for hours, going on walks, enjoying quiet cuddle time, or simply keeping them company. I always make sure pets feel safe, happy, and loved, and with owner permission, I don’t mind sneaking in an extra treat or two 🤫
“So glad we found Linda and was nice meeting her. I feel I could totally trust her staying in our home overnights too. Our boxer Myka is usually Leary of new people in our house. Takes her a while to go to them. But she literally ran up to her and was all over her wanting to play. Guess dogs really do have instinct on who are comfortable with them & love them. I forgot to get more toys & balls for them to play with though . Oops.”

About: I’m newer to rover, but I’m not new to pet care ! 🤗 i am also on the app WAG! Dog walking — By the time I could even walk as a toddler , I’ve been around animals . My chores most days were to walk the dogs and make sure they’re fed and have fresh water . I worked at dogtopia as a doggy daycare attendant from the moment I was 16 for the past four years . I turn 21 this year ! I ended up moving too far away to make the commute , so I am looking for more flexibility in hours on my own terms this time doing what I know best . Pet Care ! I am a cat AND dog lover , the best of both worlds 🩷 I am currently unemployed and looking for a genuine income, I’ve worked mostly in doggy daycare’s and thought it’d be a great opportunity to put my skills to good use ! i will be with them entirely 24/7 the entire time they are in my care , they will not leave my sight . In my own home , and in my clients homes unless told the pet(s) I am sitting are more independent and comfortable being left on their own I will always be there to supervise . I am willing to discuss any questions , concerns , and suggestions upon request . I will pet sit in my own home , and pet sit in my clients homes . About: With a full year of hands-on pet care experience, I don’t just watch dogs—I truly connect with them. What makes me stand out is my ability to confidently train puppies, turning those energetic bundles of joy into well-mannered companions through patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement. I also specialize in senior dog care, where I provide extra gentle attention, understanding their unique health needs and ensuring they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Whether it’s an adventurous play session, a calm cuddle, or tailored care for special needs, I create a nurturing environment that feels just like home for every furry friend. Your dog’s happiness and well-being are my top priorities! I’m currently working part time at a retail job, this would be my side gig! Tuesdays and thursdays I’m pretty much free in the morning, Monday’s and wensdays are free in the afternoon and evening time. Fridays and Saturday’s evening time as well. I’m home for long periods of times and if I’m not there my emergency contact is home everyday of the week. I do have a dog and to keep both pets safe I would ensure a greeting between both. I’d never leave both alone always keeping an eye on you pup! We have a downstairs area at night which is attached to my bedroom for its alone time at night. There would be a crate, dog bed, and doggy food and water dish throughout the night! We have a big fenced back yard and we would definitely let your pup run around out back and we have plenty of toys !

“He did amazing with our pups. We have 4 of them and was worried about having someone watch them as this was our first rover experience. We were so happy with the results. We have cameras in our home so we could see everything and he was so good with our dogs. One of them even got sick and he cleaned it up with out hesitation. Thank you!”

Gretna dog parents share their Rover experiences
Courtney took exceptional care of Caspian, and we are deeply grateful. She is reliable, kind, attentive, and completely trustworthy. When we had a last minute need, she stepped in without hesitation and handled everything with such care, which meant a great deal to us. She did more than just cover the basics. She spent extra time with Caspian, giving him attention through brushing and play, and it was clear he enjoyed being with her. That extra level of care really stood out. We wholeheartedly recommend Courtney and would trust her again without question.
