Valentina provided excellent care for my pug while I was out of town. She did a lot of things that made me confident my dog was in good hands. 1. She set up a visit beforehand, 2. She was welcoming and allowed me in her home during drop off and pick-up, 3. She was extremely friendly and polite and had several items to prepare so that I did not have to pack a bed. We even ran out of food as I forgot to check how much we had and she took care of it. She was prompt to respond and I was impressed with her frequent communication and pictures, too. I would definitely recommend her and return!
