Initially, we were quite hesitant to leave Emi and Nova with anyone else. Right from the start, Echo and Rita were understanding, authentic and asked comprehensive questions. The day before their pet-sitting session, they gave us a tour of their apartment where our puppies would be staying. They were very understanding of the fact that Emi and Nova, at 11 months old, were still playful puppies who required regular potty breaks every two hours. On the day of doggy daycare, they kept us updated with photos every time they took them out for a walk or when they went to the bathroom. After trying a few other pet sitters, I can confidently say that Echo and Rita provided the best care. They treat Emi and Nova as if they were their own.
