My dog is on antibiotics and she had so problem at all giving her her meds and making sure she was happy. She would update me multiple times a day and send pictures. My dog is house broken but idk why she had an accident in the house and I as an owner was so embarrassed but Roxann did not make me feel bad about it at all. I would recommend her to anyone. He seemed to enjoy their animals and looked like he may have gained a “happiness” pound…usually he looses a bit with being away from I’m home and his routine, but this time he filled out a smidge and that was a good sign. Stacy always sends us pictures and lets us know how Burt is doing. We enjoy taking Burt there knowing that he will be well cared for and happy.
Paige and Nolan were so nice to look after Bertie while we were away over a weekend. They both work with animals professionally, so we felt really comfortable knowing she was in good hands. I had such a great experience leaving my dog, Alfie, with John & Michelle for multiple weekends this summer! Alfie has some separation anxiety and behavioral quirks, so finding the right sitter can sometimes be challenging, but John & Michelle were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and welcoming. They provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and were quick to respond, even accepting my last-minute boarding requests. It’s clear that they’re experienced, attentive to specific needs, and genuinely care about the dogs they look after. Most importantly, Alfie was clearly well cared for, felt safe and relaxed, and had a great time!
