Knowing this was our first time leaving them with someone who wasn’t family, she did a thorough meet and greet, let us see the space where they’d be staying, took all special needs into consideration, and sent regular updates! “This was our first time boarding our 2.5 year old pandemic puppy. Shadow had never been away from both of us for more then a few hours and we were going to be out of the country for a few days! But Sam and Roberto are as flexible, calm, and most importantly as loving as they say they are if not more. Sam and Roberto loved on Shadow so much with snuggles and playtime. We received many pics 3-4 times a day, Sam seems to know just when you might be missing your dog, which I guess for us was a lot haha. Communication about food, bathroom, general adjustment was clear and frequent. Highly recommend. When we go away again we will use their services, peace of mind knowing we have them!”

“Lynn was amazing. We dropped our Monty overnight for a overnight visit. We have a big 80 pound Boxer/Husky who is almost 3 and is still has more puppy in him with a lot of energy. Lynn is super comfortable handling a big dog who likes to play. Monty did great, he slept in his travel crate. Lynn has a great fenced in back yard that gave Monty plenyt of room to run around and get his zoomies out when we first arrived. He started playing with her right away. Our family is very lucky we found Lynn, definitely will use her again in the future!”
