My dog is on antibiotics and she had so problem at all giving her her meds and making sure she was happy. She would update me multiple times a day and send pictures. My dog is house broken but idk why she had an accident in the house and I as an owner was so embarrassed but Roxann did not make me feel bad about it at all. I would recommend her to anyone. Stephen and his family made Rowan feel so at home! Stephen sent multiple pictures every day of Rowan doing what he does best: just lying around the house, stretched out on the floor, or snuggled up on the couch - totally chill. I had such a great experience leaving my dog, Alfie, with John & Michelle for multiple weekends this summer! Alfie has some separation anxiety and behavioral quirks, so finding the right sitter can sometimes be challenging, but John & Michelle were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and welcoming. They provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and were quick to respond, even accepting my last-minute boarding requests. It’s clear that they’re experienced, attentive to specific needs, and genuinely care about the dogs they look after. They provided Alfie with a safe and comfortable environment and kept me updated with photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, Alfie was clearly well cared for, felt safe and relaxed, and had a great time! So happy Karleigh was available to watch Dingo again (: He had such a great time as always and had fun with their pup Noodle and was calm and relaxed when we picked him. He really loved staying with them at their new house with a wonderful fenced in big backyard. Perfect setup for him to feel safe and comfortable.
