About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life, literally since birth. My mom used to breed dogs and gift them to family and friends, so caring for puppies and seniors alike has always been second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve raised and loved two incredible dogs of my own: my toy poodle, who lived to 15, and my Welsh Springer Spaniel, who made it to 13. They were the loves of my life, and I stayed by their sides through every stage, from their playful puppy days to their final moments. These experiences taught me patience, compassion, and the deep responsibility that comes with truly caring for an animal, not just feeding or walking them, but noticing the little changes, understanding their personalities, and making them feel safe and loved. Today, I also help care for my family’s 100+ pound English Golden Retriever, Rio, who’s as gentle as he is massive. Whether it’s wrangling a giant goofball, nurturing a fragile senior, or guiding a brand-new puppy, I bring a lifetime of hands-on experience, genuine empathy, and the belief that dogs deserve our unconditional love, always. 💕 I work freelance and consult remotely, which means my schedule is wide open, and I really miss having a dog around to keep me company! I don’t have the means right now to fairly give a pup a full-time home of my own, so caring for yours lets me enjoy all the best parts of having a furry best friend while giving them my full attention! About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, rats, and snakes. I love all animals. Currently my two dogs live with my parents because they get lonely when I’m at work, but I have two cats with me who are sweet as pie. They don’t hiss, scratch or bite and they love other animals. I do work as a teacher so I am gone part of the day. I can get home on my lunch for a quick walk since I live very close to my job. After work, I’m available for all the cuddles they want. I also worked with and grew to love all dog breeds and our feline friends when I worked as a kennel aide at my local no-kill animal shelter. I've dog-sat for my sisters' several dogs as well as for friends of mine and I do it all happily. I've also bathed dogs, if you need me to provide that service. I recently worked at an animal hospital where I earned even more experience caring for dogs and cats and am able to administer medication as well. I currently am looking for work so my schedule is extra free right now, including for the holiday season! If you need a sitter or someone to drop in and provide short term care for your pets, I am more than happy to do so! In my own home, my dogs and cats are well taken care of and provided for. The dogs get plenty of inside time to lay on the couch and enjoy themselves, while also getting several potty breaks throughout the day as well as being fed at an appropriate schedule. My cats are looked after closely, their litter boxes always kept clean and tidy and their feeding schedule consistent. Elilexis was fantastic! A clear and direct communicator. She took great care of our cat while we were away, giving her meals and treats and even scooping out litter. We loved the daily photos we got of our girl to confirm she was in excellent care. She went above and beyond to the point of putting away a couple perishables that we accidentally left out. We really appreciate her time and care.
As always, Leah is the best! She’s been so flexible with us even when our flights have unexpectedly changed and we always know we’re leaving our cats in good hands. In the summer heat she even goes above and beyond making sure our apartment isn’t too hot for our cats while we’re away which is so appreciated!
Mia & Maria were very sweet and loving. My dog has separation anxiety but he seemed to get comfortable with them very quickly. My pup also loved the backyard. Mia & Maria were experienced with caring for older dogs as well. I was extremely satisfied and will be booking again.

She even went so far as to help our senior cat clean his mouth and eyes when he was having trouble.
