She kept us updated throughout the whole stay with photos and messages, which gave us total peace of mind. Danielle was amazing with my cat while I was on my 10-day trip. My cat loved her, and I could tell her was upset when it was me and not her when I walked in the door!! She even brought over special treats for him. She left my apartment clean and well taken care for as well which I really appreciated. Kaylee watched our 2 large shepherds and she was fantastic. Our dogs are very hyper dogs and both anxious in their own ways so we never feel the best leaving them with new people but Kaylee took lots of photos, our dogs were super happy and we felt so confident leaving them in her care. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
