About: I've helped take care of my special needs dog for 15 years, including walking her, feeding her, giving her medication, and playing with her. I'm great with dogs of all ages and would love to help walk your furry friend! I currently work a 9-5 full-time job in social media and I'm able to walk (or run) your dog in the morning or evenings! I work from home on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays but depending on timing on Wednesdays and Thursdays I can help. I'm a big runner, so if your dog enjoys going on runs I'd love to run with them! I unfortunately am unable to dog sit and watch your dog in my own house, but I am able to take your dog for walks and/or runs when needed or do drop-in visits for dogs and/or cats.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and truly enjoy spending time with them. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, hamsters, turtles, and other pets, and I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and little quirks. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, letting pets out, and simply giving them some extra love and attention while their family is away. I’m also happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and any specific instructions you leave for me. For cats and other animals, I make sure they have a safe, comfortable space and that their food, water, litter, and surroundings are kept clean. I always follow specific instructions from the owner and never leave a pet in a situation where they could get hurt or escape.

About: Hiya! I’m Bea, a college student with years of hands on experience caring for both dogs and cats. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I’ve spent most of my life helping care for the pets of friends and neighbors. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’m usually the person everyone asks to watch their pets when they’re away! What sets me apart is the amount of care and attention I give every animal. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and comfort level so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or shy and cautious, I’m patient and let them adjust at their own pace. I’m experienced with: - Puppies and kittens - Senior dogs and cats - Large and small dog breeds - Multi pet households - Administering medications (including pills and eye drops) - Feeding, walking, bathing, brushing, cleaning litter boxes and/or pee pads, and playtime - Basic training, including recall and simple commands One of the puppies I currently care for has been with me since she was about 2-3 months old. During teething, I noticed she had stopped eating her dry food, so after discussing it with her owner, I recommended switching to a softer option and monitored her closely afterward to make sure she adjusted well. I also have experience with senior cats, including caring for an 18 year old cat with vision and mobility changes. I understand that every stage of life comes with different needs, and I’m happy to adapt my care accordingly. When we’re out on walks, I always bring waste bags and water, and I make safety my top priority. At home, I enjoy keeping pets engaged with play, enrichment, cuddles (if they want them!), and plenty of attention. I’m also more than happy to send frequent photo and video updates, because I know how comforting it is to see your pet happy while you’re away. I’m a bit of a neat freak, so you’ll never have to worry about coming home to a mess. I’m happy to clean up after pets and even help with little household tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants if needed. As a college student taking one class each weekday morning during the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. Outside of class, I’m available for walks, drop in visits, daycare, and house sitting. I believe every pet deserves individual attention, so I make sure they get plenty of exercise, playtime, affection, and mental enrichment while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I like to spend the first little while getting to know your pet’s personality and comfort level so I can adjust my care to their individual needs. Every animal is different, and I believe they deserve care that’s personalized rather than having a “one size fits all” ideology. I also take the time to learn each pet’s routine and any special instructions before providing care. During walks, I always bring waste bags and water, pay close attention to my surroundings, and make sure your pet is secure at all times. In your home, I’ll respect your space, keep everything clean, and follow your care instructions closely. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals—dogs(5), cats(2), and even lizards—so caring for pets comes naturally to me. From playful puppies to gentle seniors, I give every pet the love, patience, and attention they deserve. I’ve adopted most of my own pets and know how to make animals feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Being away for college makes me miss my own pets so caring for yours is a joy that feels like home. Im currently in school but am in class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:50 am and 3:30 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays I am in class from 9 am to 12 pm and free for the rest of the day. On Fridays I have on class at 11 am and nothing prior or after. The weekends are also free. I will always prioritize safety and respect when caring for pets in their own homes. I follow all the owner’s rules carefully—whether it’s about feeding schedules, playtime limits, or medication. I make sure doors and gates are secure, and keep a close eye on the pet’s behavior to spot any signs of stress or discomfort. I creating a calm, comforting environment so pets feel safe and loved while their family is away. Communication with the owner is important to me, so I keep them updated and address any concerns promptly. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel confident and comfortable.

About: I have owned pets since I was 4 years old. I have worked in the veterinary field since I was sixteen and am starting my 2nd year of veterinary school at Long Island University. Over the years I have pet sit for a total of 25 different dogs, 15 cats, a bearded dragon, a hamster, guinea pigs, and a turtle. I am able to medicate any dogs or cats, as well as give any injections needed (ex. insulin). I also have experience at a dog daycare where I was in charge of over 40 dogs of all sizes in one large yard together. I am currently working full time at UrgentVet and work second shift so I am available in the mornings or any time on my days off. When school starts at the end of August, I will be able to work around my class schedule and make adjustments as needed for your pet. I care for pets as if they are my own. I make sure they are comfortable and keep their daily routine that they are used to, to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible.

When Santiago met Nicholas he was immediately able to make a connection with him and I felt confident that he would be a good walker for Santiago. Santiago can be stubborn and Nicholas was patient and flexible with Santiago’s needs. Santiago can’t go up and down the stairs and Nicholas was really understanding and carried him up and down the stairs for his walks. Nicholas kept me up to date on Santiago’s walks and sent pictures which I really appreciated. I also just appreciated Nicholas enthusiasm and sense of humor when dealing with Santiago’s silliness during walks. I would highly recommend Nicholas to care for your pup.”

About: I have been surrounded by all kinds of animals growing up: dogs, cats, bunnies, even reptiles so I absolutely love animals! I have experience with all kinds of dog breeds like pitbulls, english mastiffs, german shepards, and of course the smaller guys! I’ve always trained my own dogs. I have taken care of friends’ and family’s dogs since I was 14, but I have never been without a dog my whole life! I’m currently a college student studying nursing, so I have clinical until 3:00pm on Mondays and class until 12:00pm on Thursdays. Other than that I’m pretty available throughout the week and flexible on weekends, so I have plenty of time to care for your dogs! I currently live in dorms so I don’t offer boarding. But I would love to play with your dog inside/outside of your house for drop-in’s and walks!

About: Recently graduated from medical school and looking to make some new furry friends before starting residency! My family always had at least 2 dogs growing up that I helped raise and watch as well as caring for friends' and family's dogs from time to time. I am currently off before starting residency in mid-June so can be flexible with your schedule as needed. Available mornings, afternoons, or nights, as well as weekends. I live in an apartment building with a nice long walking path by the water as well as many open grassy fields for your pup to play in!

About: Our pets change our lives for the better and I want to make sure they’re well taken care of too. By making connections via talking, playing, training, and grooming I pride myself in providing full care for my furry friends. I make training fun and learn their individual strengths! Pet care is an essential part in my daily routine. Each day begins by walking my pup, refreshing her water and food bowls. At the end of the day, I’m cleaning and prepping to start out routine over, putting toys away and doing our last walk of the night. I love taking my pups out downtown or to the dog park. If it’s dog-friendly, why aren’t we bringing the beans?! Everyone is always happy, fed, hydrated, and well played with. Pet hygiene and environmental cleanliness go hand in hand. I like to make sure I’m keeping my home clean for my pets. After all they play, lounge, and sleep in our home. The least we can do is make sure the space is free of dangerous objects or potential choking hazards. We also use pet gates in our home to ensure pet safety when cooking/cleaning/moving furniture.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life! Due to my shift schedule as a nurse, I can’t get one of my own just yet! I go on walks a few times a day and would love to have a furry friend by my side during them I’m currently a registered nurse working 3 12-hour shifts.
