Gwen did such a wonderful job taking care of our senior dog, Hazel. She followed instructions on feeding and giving medications perfectly. As a senior dog, Hazel needs to be taken out frequently and promptly to avoid accidents. Gwen came first thing in the morning to take Hazel out and came several times a day to walk Hazel and check in on her. She also spent time at the house with Hazel so she wasn't lonely. Gwen sent us pictures and updates on how Hazel was doing so we didn't worry. I don't think Hazel missed us at all, she loves Gwen so much! I would whole-heartedly recommend Gwen as a responsible, trustworthy and compassionate pet-sitter. We'll be calling her again next time we go out of town!

I'm currently home for the summer from college so I have unlimited free time to care and play with pets. As my own dog is getting older, I love taking longer walks with more energetic dogs!

I like to know the pet's preferences so I can accommodate and make them feel as comfortable as possible. Every check in is not only feeding but also attention and company for your pet who may be feeling lonely. If I've noticed a pet is really missing their owner I always make sure to spend extra time in order to soothe them.
