About: I like to joke that I was “raised by Rottweilers,” because at three months old my parents delivered a litter of rottie pups. We always had rotties growing up until we got into rescuing mastiffs. I’ve been involved in rescue work since I was very young, and caring for animals is just second nature to me. My 7-year-old special-needs pup, Blake, is my heart. He’s been with me since I rescued him as a tiny puppy off the streets of Puerto Rico. I live in a townhouse community with an unfenced yard that is great for playing fetch and running. Otherwise, as most Jackson locals, I am often on the local trails, or the Snake River Levee, making sure animals in my care get plenty of exercise and socialization!
