About: I grew up on a farm around horses, dogs, and cats. I have spent the last several years working on a horse farm and being responsible for the daily care of horses and barn cats under my charge. My days are currently free allowing me to give my time and full attention to your pets. I like to spend as much time as possible with your pets. About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire life- specifically dogs and cats. As soon as I moved out on my own, I got my first dog who is also my best friend. My friends and family would say that I’m overprotective over my dogs, but that’s only because I know how much animals mean to families. I’ve always watched over animals of family and friend members while on vacation, not only to help them out but I also genuinely enjoy it. I have no kids, but I like it that way so I have the extra time and money to spoil my 2 fur babies! I’m a teacher currently on summer break! I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. However, I am also experienced with taking care of younger and larger breeds (ex. 1 year old English Labs). I do have a daughter, which may limit certain appointment times but should be flexible as I do have relatives to help, should I need to check on your pets. “Very pleased with my Rover dog walker Kate W. We have 2 elderly Bichons and travel in a motor home. We were staying at Kentucky Horse Park and were doing a day trip to The Ark Encounter on Monday. Kate came by Sunday night for a meet and greet, met the dogs, and they got used to her. I felt very confident after meeting Kate and my dogs approving her. She came as promised around 1 pm (12:50 to be exact) and was able to walk the dogs, help the elderly male up the steps, and give them a treat. About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. I play fetch and frisbee in the backyard and go on long walks around the neighborhood. If we can’t be outside I’ll play games with them indoors to challenge their minds and keep them occupied. Then of course there’s snuggle time together until they’re ready to nap or go to sleep in their crates or bed.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
