Pet Sitting in Georgetown

“100% above and beyond!! Due to the hiccups of moving into a new house, my spouse latched all the security latches on the doors that we gave Allie the key to. So when she got to our house (and we had already flown hundreds of miles), she was unable to get in. We called a locksmith and Allie met them at our house so they could get her in. We were so grateful because otherwise we would have had to cancel our entire trip (business trip for a course). In addition, our critters were on their worst behavior including peeing and pooping in the kennels. Allie spent extra time with them since we figured they must have been stressing out, between the move, having the house “broken into,” and us being gone. She definitely treated our critters like her own! Definitely would use her services again in the future! Thanks Allie, you’re a rockstar!!!!!!!”

About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and have always loved them. I treat them as if they are kids and give them all the extra lovins. I lost my dog a few years ago so this allows me to get my pup time in! I’m currently a travel nurse but on break in between contracts so I’m local. I have open availability through the week and weekends right now I have a home that is close to a dog park I visit regularly that has separate sections for small and large breeds. I have experience with larger pups and smaller ones as well

“Kate was a wonderful sitter for my mini doxie, Sheldon. This was the first time we have left him with someone who he didn't know and we were very nervous about it. Kate went above and beyond to make Sheldon and us feel comfortable. We got pictures of him every visit and she let us know how he was doing twice a day. “Eileen is one of the most reliable and trustworthy dogsitters I have ever had. I have a very high energy dog who cannot be off leash outside. I never had any doubts that with Eileen she would be safe, happy, and well loved. Whether it was just a walk, or a long weekend, I knew I could count on Eileen to provide the best care possible. She is very clearly an animal lover, and engages with them in a calm and loving manor. When Eileen stayed at my house to watch my dog, she sent pictures and updates, which I appreciated greatly. She followed my rules for my dog (for example not allowing her to jump up, or sitting before eating dinner) and left the house in great shape when she left. I consider my dog to me on the more challenging side, and Eileen didn't hesitate at all with dealing with those challenges. Sandy got long walks and lots of snuggles and love. I cannot recommend her enough.”

About: Since I was a little girl, I have always loved animales. I own 4 dogs, two cats, chickens and cows. I love being around animals and would love to spoil your fur babies!!! I currently work part time, my kids are teenagers now. I have a lot of spare time to do something that I love, which is being around pets! I have a fenced in yard. I live on 5 acres. I am happy to walk your dog around your house or pet sit at home.

About: I grew up with a grandfather who had a service dog for his medical condition and from a young age I was fascinated with dogs because of it. The way she could smell his blood sugar levels and alert him and constantly be loyal and obedient to him just amazed me. People are pretty amazing, but dogs are inspiring. I not only learned how to treat a dog to gain the best companionship from one, but also how to tame a dog in cases of leadership, because although they are smart, sometimes we have understand the world in ways they don’t, and that’s how we protect them, by setting boundaries. In conclusion, I have learned a lot through experience, observation, and questionnaire. I’m currently nannying part time in Lexington and working my way towards goals of owning a place of my own with my husband (far future goal) and looking to add in a side hustle into my life to make me feel more productive and contribute/work towards our financial goals in life. I love to play and pet and cuddle with dogs but I also enjoy taking care of them and knowing their wants and needs are not only met but exceeded to a point of excitement. Dogs are somewhat likes kids in that they need taken care of because they can’t do it themselves. Plus, they love to play, be loved on, have attention from people, similar to people/children and all those things are necessary for the health of a pet. As far as how I will care for your pet(s), will depend on what you ask of me and what boundaries you set for your pet(s). The secure feeling in knowing your pet(s) is taken care of in the manner you want or would have done is important for your peace of mind, and understandably so. I consider your requests or concerns with upmost respect because it’s ultimately about making you and your pet happy.
