Hannah met with us a few days prior to the booked appt time at my request. During the booking, she sent daily messages and photos, & some videos too. She brushed my pup often (estimated by the amount of fur in the trash!), which was not something I said had to be done. My pup loves being brushed though, so it was a very nice and additional gesture to show affection to and for my fur baby. While I was on vacation, I remembered that I'd forgotten about some perishable food I'd left accidently, so I offered it to Hannah to use as she wished (or to feed to my pup as it was a dog-friendly food item). She not only did she make use of the people food as I asked, but actually replaced it too (unnecessary, but very kind)! Hannah seemed genuine and gentle with my pup (a large, senior dog) and it helped me feel more comfortable about needing to leave him for a week, which is not something I do often at all b/c I wouldn't leave him overnight ever if that were a viable option!

I got this email this morning from staff at Windsor Gardens: "Wanted to reach out because Penny has not been attended to this weekend. Her puppy pads are needing to be attended to and she tries to get out of the room for a walk whenever someone opens the door. The pads were saturated with urine and feces. The RAs took care of it this time."
