We were in town for just one day and wanted to visit the Ark Encounter, so we needed to find someone on short notice to watch our Golden Retriever, Ocean. Ashley was available with only a day’s notice and was incredibly responsive from the start. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive since I had never used Rover before, and I knew from her profile that she had four large dogs of her own. But Ashley quickly put my mind at ease. She was so kind, welcoming, and clearly experienced with dogs. She took excellent care of Ocean and went above and beyond by sending photos throughout the day, which meant so much to us and really helped us relax and enjoy our time. It was obvious Ocean was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We are so grateful we found Ashley and would absolutely use her services again. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been a dog groomer for 1 year. That’s allowed me to learn many different dog breeds, as well as different behaviors styles and techniques for safety in dogs and cats. I’ve watched multiple animal at a time for 10+ years. I pride myself in following a strict schedule that’s given, as well as being sure medication is given if needed and animals are safe during the duration under my care. Taking videos and pictures to be sent while the owner is away is a given for me to make owners feel at ease while being away. I’m very lenient with scheduling, as long as you and the pet is happy and comfortable. I have 5 dogs of my own, all medium-large breeds. I make my own dog treats for their health and happiness. Exercising dog’s minds and bodies are very important to me as well. Attention, time, and love are my priorities when it comes to dogs and cats. I have references from trusted friends I’ve made over the years of pet sitting. I’m a dog groomer. The shop I work at is two minutes from my house inside town, and it gives me great flexibility to fit my job as a dog watcher. Both are very rewarding. Pets in my home have the ability to have as many potty breaks as needed and as much yard time in my fenced in back yard. I have plenty of toys to choose from, homemade treats offered, and a good tight schedule we all can benefit from. In clients home, I got by the exact schedule I am given to allow the animals to continue their activities as normal- as well to give owners a piece of mind.

About: I love all animals and will provide the utmost attention for your pet while in my care. I go to animal shelters often just to play and interact with the dogs/cats. In the past, I have taken care of friends’ pets when they would go out of town for the day or even weeks on vacation. I grew up having dogs and cats all throughout my childhood so I’ve loved any animal almost since birth! I work from home so your pet will never be left alone nor bored when staying with me! About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

Our place offers large, immaculate private suites that are quiet, Each room offers automatic water bowls, tv, music , kuranda beds, and separate outdoor ( under roof) concrete run. Dogs also experience the large grassy play area twice daily . Your pets receive daily petting, conversation which is important. Our heated floors keep paws cozy in fall and winter and air-condition throughout summer. Safe and pampered is our goal. I'm retired so I have time to care for your pet. My schedule is flexible for drop offs and pick ups. We have an excellent exercise area, totally fenced and secure. Agility area includes a great play area. We have our personal pets, some young, some seniors. Our boarding is excellent. We provide clean, beautiful private suites for all guests. Automatic water bowls provide constant fresh water. The rooms are well lit and cheerful with off the floor kuranda beds. Tv and music in each room provides comfort and activity. Pets are fed twice daily ( pup parent provides food). Exercise is available in each suites covered outdoor area. And plenty of run room is available 3 times daily in our large 6ft fenced area Snuggle time is important too and we make special time for it Our goal is to provide a loving and safe environment with a positive, calm experience for each pet. Bonded pairs are allowed to room together. It's a vacation they will love! Daily day care while you work is available also.

About: Hi pet parents! I’ve owned dogs and cats my entire life, there has never been a house lacking of dog hair and paw prints! I’ve recently moved into an apartment but back at my parents house I have a big ol’ 180+ lbs great dane. Big guy, I know right? So yes, I can handle ANY dog, little or miniature horse sized. I house sit my sister’s shepherd dog frequently, anywhere from just a couples hours to a week. There are no other animals in my house currently so there will be no risk of pets not getting along or aggression! And that means all the attention and hugs will go to your babies, not mine. So fear not, your pups will be in great hands and a safe, controlled environment. I am currently an online college student which means I am home frequently and will be able to fit your needs into my schedule with ease! There will be frequent potty breaks, many walks and hours of play, and a full bowl of food and water at all times. If you have specific feeding needs/wants, just let me know in our messages! I have a three story apartment so there is plenty of room for your pets to find a sweet place to stretch and nap! I currently have no other animals in my house so I am a wonderful options for those who have reactive dogs. Sadly I do not have a fenced in yard but the property itself is in a very calm and quiet neighborhood with plenty of lawn space for walks and runs on a leash. If I can wrangle my 180 lbs great dane on a leash, yours will be a piece of cake! I have a private, fenced patio for the pups who enjoy being outside with no leash for a little sun bathing nap!

About: My name is Vivi (she/her)! I have been watching, sitting and walking dogs for over four years. I have a keen sense of animal personality and behaviour and have always enjoyed being around them. I've been known by many as *the* dog whisperer--you're in excellent hands here! I live with my friends downtown, but return to my parents house for dog care. Someone's always home for bookings. I work on my own projects between interacting with dogs, and I can take a break at any time. I have a karate class on Mondays and Thursdays, during which I hand off work to one of my parents for just a bit. Your pets are always in good hands here! About my yard We have a large yard with the house situated in the middle. It is unfenced but no one goes off leash (long line) until there is a better understanding of the dog and their habits. There is a flowing creek and dam on the property as well as plenty of space to run around. Your dogs will never want to leave! My experience administering medication Yes, I have administered medications orally, and through injections. The mornings are for potty time followed by breakfast if applicable. After food is digested and the human is ready, we will venture out for the day for a walk, hike, or playtime. I am only caring for pets in my home currently, but I will care for any guest with respect and also keep them entertained. I have all needed supplies but special bedding is allowed to bring with their stay.
