Mary is awesome! First of all, for navigating the Rover app and making appointments, as a first-time Rover user, I was completely lost and Mary has been with me every step of the way. And comes to the most important part — taking care of my very anxious and grumpy cat Pumpkin, Mary completely won him over! Mary is very detail-oriented and focuses on how best to take care of Pumpkin, which includes not only the daily chores of feeding and cleaning, but also what to do to make Pumpkin less anxious during our time away. Mary’s detailed reports were a joy to read and put me at ease when I was traveling. As luck would have it, our flight coming back got delayed, and Mary graciously picked up another day to take care of Pumpkin! Safe to say, we found the one!
Katherine was amazingly helpful and had excellent communication through throughout our trip. She took great care of our two cats while we were away, and we knew they were in good hands. She did an excellent job, and we appreciate her taking care of Cagney and Lacey!
One of my cats got randomly sick with a stomach issue while William and Andrea were caring for them. William took her to the Emergency Vet, waited with her, and then when she was sent home he gave her the prescription food she was sent home with and kept me updated the whole time. He cleaned up the mess she left as well, which couldn’t have been fun. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, they really went above and beyond!
Rachel was absolutely wonderful. Our little guy warmed up to her incredibly fast, she was punctual and communicative, and she really knows her way around cats. One time, we didn't see our messages immediately to let her in the home, but she was patient, understanding, and graceful despite our delay. We truly appreciate it!
Kasey was fantastic with our cat and gave us great communication throughout the whole process. Our cat is usually so needy when we've asked friends to watch her when we're out of town, but this time it seems our cat thought *she* was the one who got a vacation *from* our toddler.
Leticia was amazing. She took such great care of our dog Scooby and our cat Sandy while we were away for the weekend. She kept us updated, was easy to communicate with, and clearly loves animals.
