About: I have experience caring for dogs of different ages, from energetic younger dogs to elderly dogs who need extra patience and attention. I have cared for my own dog, which has taught me how important it is to be responsible, gentle, and attentive to each pet’s needs. I have also helped care for my neighbors’ dogs, including both senior dogs and younger dogs, by making sure they are fed, walked, comfortable, and given plenty of love and attention. I understand that every dog has its own personality and routine, and I always do my best to make pets feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. I currently work on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but the rest of the week I am usually at home working or studying remotely. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide pets with plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day. I am also especially available on weekends, which is a great option for pet parents who need to board their dog at my apartment. I live in a pet-friendly one-bedroom apartment where pets can feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I make sure to follow each pet’s usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also give pets plenty of attention, love, and a calm environment so they feel at home. My apartment is in a great area with plenty of parks and trails nearby, making it easy to take dogs on walks, get fresh air, and enjoy outdoor time. I always prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness while they are staying with me.

About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of them since I was a child. I’ve owned an Airedale terrier, a pug, a Russian terrier, and my family currently has a Japanese spitz. I’ve got all sorts of experience - I have adopted a doggie from a shelter before, and I’ve also raised my two pups from 3 months old until they passed a few months ago at ages 14 and 16. I’ve boarded dogs - I looked after a friend’s pug for a week, a family friend’s elderly golden retriever, and fostered a stray my sister and I rescued before someone adopted her. I’ve taken road trips with multiple pets, and flown across the country with 3 of my dogs, I’ve taken them to all sorts of vet appointments, and been with them through all stages of their lives. I’m on this platform looking for company to heal from losing my furry friends, because being around dogs brings me peace and joy. I am a performing artist and I travel a lot for concerts, so having my own pet is unfortunately not feasible at the moment, hence I decided that taking care of someone else’s furry babies while I’m home between performances is the second best thing:) You can rest assured that I’ll take great pleasure in taking care of them and having them in my home. I work from home during the day and I am home from evening until morning, too. I do however step out for errands and appointments. Your dog will be with me most of the time while staying in my home, walked 2-3 times and fed on schedule, but should be comfortable being on its own for 2-3 hours max, if I have things to do. If your doggie has severe separation anxiety and is unable to be alone at all, I can accommodate that with enough notice and for 2x my normal nightly rate. I’ve always let my dogs run free around the house and make a safe space for them where they liked, but I did crate my rescue doggie when he first arrived to slowly acclimate him to the new place. Whatever you prefer for your dog is fine by me and I’m happy to accommodate. I don’t have a yard, but I have plenty of green areas nearby where I’d walk your furry pal. I keep my dogs on leash at all times. I like training them and playing with them to give them some mental stimulation, but if they prefer to chill and not be bothered I’m cool with that as well

About: I am experienced in taking care of dogs including those with high needs that require medications and puppies as young as 3 months. I have had wonderful experience with walking, boarding and overnight stays over weekends. I am very engaging when I care for dogs, always making sure they get plenty of play and exercise if they are physically able, and I enjoy incorporating some basic training as a part of that play. I am sensitive to different needs of each dog and I socially accommodate for each of their needs. I am a very patient and warm caretaker. I build my schedule around my responsibilities and planned pet care but I typically wake up around 7am and go to sleep around midnight. I am used to frequent outings for dogs because I raised mine from when he was very young and he needed to go out about every hour. I have learned to be very patient and read signs of discomfort and needs in order to keep all animals safe, happy, healthy, and comfortable. I have close access to a secluded dog park and beautiful green spaces in a very walkable neighborhood. If I am watching a dog in a new area, I always look for similar spaces where dogs can safely engage with their environment. Within the home, I like to combine toys and training to get the most out of my time there. I am very affectionate towards cats and will help them get their daily activity in. I know some cats are nervous and need their space, and I can always accommodate for their individual needs.

About: I'm a responsible, honest, and devoted dog and cat lover. If you're looking for someone you can trust and not worry about your pets with, I'm your gal. Since I have hired pet carers for my own beloved cats and dogs, I know the anxiety that comes with entrusting your loved ones to another person; once you meet me, you will not feel anxiety about trusting your loved-one/s to me. I am a retired teacher and marathon runner, and I worked as a professional dog runner in NYC. I can also provide references for my experience, diligence, capability, devotion, and character. I will show up reliably on time, follow your directions carefully, provide lots of pictures and details, and go the extra mile to ensure your pets are loved and safe. I recently retired and am available every day and most evenings of the week except for occasional Wed., Fri, and Sat. evenings but I can adapt my schedule to yours. First, I arrive on time. Then I check the overall state of the pets and home for health and safety. Next, I love and feed them and change their water according to their owners' instructions. I clean the litter and the surrounding area. For dogs, I get them out for their walks/ runs/ playtime as soon as I arrive, and on dog walks, I'm a diligent poop-scooper. For cats and dogs, I will play with and groom them, and exude love. All along, I will take pictures and send them to you. Once the visit is over, I'll ensure that everything in your home is in order and the door is securely locked.

About: I have been caring for and looking after dogs for as long as I can remember. I am very familiar with training, feeding, and caring for all pets, especially dogs. I believe they need to be loved and cared for, taken out for exercise and able to enjoy the world as we do! I have dog sat and walked for the past two summers professionally but have always had dogs of my own that I love and care for as well. I am great with discipline and fun as well, making sure the dogs are happy and well cared for. I can take them on runs, walks, or just give them a person to be around when necessary. Being with dogs is like therapy to me, so I want to do it as much as I can. Not much at all, I take mostly online classes and work no more than 3 hours a day, so the majority of my time is at home available for pets. I live directly across from a park and there is a fenced in dog park a few blocks from my home. If your pet is at my home I also have a very great security system and cameras to make sure all is ok all the time.
