“Yazmeen follow all the directions I left and that dogs really like her. It was our first time having someone come to our house to check on the dogs and feed them instead of boarding. It went so smoothly we will definitely request her again. Thank you Yazmeen!”

“Karina consistently goes above and beyond, and we truly couldn’t ask for better care for our pup. Knowing she’s looking after him gives us such genuine peace of mind whenever we’re away. We’re so grateful to have someone so dependable, thoughtful, and attentive—we highly recommend her!”

“Claudia did a great job with Enzo! She's pleasant, dependable and I can tell she really enjoys what she does. Enzo looked so happy in the pictures she texted me when she did her drop in visits to feed him and take him outside. I will definitely hire Claudia again.”

About: I have always lived with pets! :) I grew up with dogs Ella and Koikkie when I was little, and loved walking and playing with them. In college I couldn't have a dog, but I did get my first cat, Oliver. He was more or less feral when we found him but with lots of love and food, he became a lap cat with a happy home on a farm. Two years ago I moved to Ithaca, and have two 3-year old Siberian cats, Nadja and Moose. They need a lot of exercise and play which includes taking them out on leashes to walk around the block. I also frequently cat sit for my friends who have a mix of young and old cats. I'm currently working part-time 5 days a week. I am available for weekend pet-sitting and short visits during the week. I work until 3pm on weekdays, and am available at most times on the weekend. I am more than happy to stay in your home with your pet, and would love to give them treats and attention. I love spending time with pets and can send you daily photos at their cutest moments :)
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for several years and absolutely love it. Friends, family, and coworkers regularly rely on me to look after their pups—I’m always their first choice. My husband and I live in a spacious home with multiple rooms and a fully fenced yard, giving your dog plenty of room to play and relax. We have a sweet dog of our own, and we spend lots of quality time together both indoors and outside. Since we both work we can board dogs either in the morning around 7 am or anytime after 5pm. On days that I cannot work from home, I will need your pet to be crated for that time period. We always have cameras on them so we get notified of disturbances. When your dog stays with us, we treat them like family. They’ll get the perfect balance of outdoor playtime and indoor snuggles. Dogs are welcome on the furniture, and bed! We understand how hard it is to leave your dog behind when traveling. Our own dog is too big to fly, and when we’re away from him, all we want is updates and reassurance. We truly get how you feel, and that’s why we’ll share regular updates, photos, and details about your dog’s day—so you can enjoy your time away without added stress.
“I highly recommend Abby if you are seeking responsible, loving and reliable care for your pet. Abby followed instructions and took an interest in my kitty. She sent daily photographs and communicated consistently. I will definitely book Abby again.”

“Once again, Rose has been the best imaginable pet sitter for our dog, giving her love, meeting her physical needs, and sending us professional quality photos and videos. When she's been here, we arrive home to a happy, contented dog.”

About: I am so grateful to have known so incredible dogs that have brought me joy in my life! Many of my relatives and friends have dogs that I have cared for, walked, and befriended over the years. Dogs are such special animals that truly bring out the life and love in everyone. There’s nothing more exhilarating than running around with an excited pup, and getting to give them scratches and pets afterwards. I would love to meet your dog and have fun with them! 🦴🎾 I work part time at a bakery, so I have the greatest flexibility on Mondays, Tuesday mornings/early afternoon, Wednesday evening, Friday or Saturday evenings. Let me know what works for you and we’ll figure it out :) I am currently unable to host other pets as I have an older kitty in my home & she is sensitive to other animals. I am willing to work with you to provide the best possible care for your animal in your home ❤️
“We booked Ruby for some drop-in visits with our senior dog over the course of a few nights we were away and wanted him to stay in our own home. She was communicative and conscientious with our dog and we had a great experience with her.”

“We are so lucky to have Rachel as our cat sitter. She goes above and beyond and is always very easy to get in touch with. We had our flight cancelled and she was happy to come an additional day to feed and care for the cats. Thank you again Rachel!”

Freeville dog parents share their Rover experiences
Caterina was an absolute lifesaver! She was able to accommodate a last-minute drop-in visit for my puppy, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her quick response and willingness to travel outside her normal radius to care for him. It meant so much to me to know he was in such good hands. I’m incredibly thankful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care. ❤️
