“Alex was super communicative before, during, and after Jack’s daycare visit. He made Jack feel very comfortable when we arrived and was attentive to any extra care he’d need as a senior dog. Jack will be back!”

“We were passing through town and needed daycare for our chihuahua. Shihong took Peanut on short notice, picked her up to take her on a walk around the block with his dog, Cotton, and reported back that things were going well! Peanut had a couple accidents in the house and he was unfazed. He was diligent about socializing her to his dog and by the end of the day they were snuggled in the crate together. Wish we could bring Peanut to Shihong every day! Highly recommend.”

“Ashley has been a life saver for me with her flexibility to watch Chloe on very short notice. With Ashley's knowledge and personality I know Chloe is being well taken care of and she feels right at home with Ashley.”

“Our dog Indy has separation anxiety so we are always hesitant to leave him with others. All of that hesitation melted away when we met Claudia! She is such a caring individual, and she was truly able to get Indy to come out of his shell and relax while staying with her. When I picked Indy up he was calm and relaxed and seemed like he actually wanted to stay with her! And Claudia's communication was excellent as well. All the photos really put our mind at ease.”

About: I am a lifelong rescuer of dogs and cats...I have raised puppies, adopted senior dogs, and adopted six dogs from shelters in the last 25 years. Most of my dogs and I had basic training classes together. I love walking dogs, playing with them, and caring for them in general...and i am excellent at bathing and medicating pups of all ages....even the reluctant ones! I like to be outdoors, so I am happy to walk and play with the dogs in my care outside at least 3 times a day.. I work from home, so I am generally available, weekdays and weekends. I am flexible about scheduling, and I welcome long term stays. I am also happy to accept last minute requests. I own my home...I don't have a fenced yard, but will walk my dog guests frequently, as i do like to be outdoors...I enjoy having dogs in my home, and spending lots of time with them. They are welcome on the furniture and to sleep on the bed..

“Destiny was a gem! She took care of my puppy with only a few days notice. He was so happy and well cared for during his stay. I will definitely use her services again!”

About: My first rescue was a mixed breed puppy for our family. She died after 17 years of filling our hearts with joy. My second rescue was also a mixed breed puppy. She is very affectionate and energetic. I have watched dogs for my family and neighbors on multiple occasions. I have a huge yard with a pond for running and swimming and there is always lots of snuggles and love inside. I work remotely 4 out of 5 weekdays. On the day I go into the office, my husband has the flexibility to stop in several times to walk the dog around the back yard and hand out treats. Safety is the number one concern and I would always have your dog leashed outside. Inside they would have plenty of space for play and rest .

“Our miniature poodle came home happy and exercised from his fun day with Hanna and her pups. We enjoyed the pics Hanna sent us too and would definitely book with Hanna again.”

“She took such good care of my dog, who also seemed to have a lot of fun with the other dogs. There was a minor scrape on her paw, but she used first aid and I felt that she handled it as good as I would have. I was wondering why I didn't get a call about it, but my cell sometimes drops calls.”

“We came to Ithaca to attend my son’s college graduation and didn’t want to leave our little dog alone. Ashley was very quick to respond to our inquiry. She and her family (including a cute cavalier King Charles) are so sweet. Our little pup Lily had a great time under their care. Ashley sent us the most adorable pictures of Lily and her young son. I would love to send Lily back to her if we come back to Ithaca.”

“accommodated last minute after another sitter flaked -- appreciate it so much! She rocked and was super nice. Will be booking again for literally tomrorow. Thank you!!!!!!!”

About: I’m a caring pet owner of five years looking to share the love with more furry friends! I’ve taken care of pets, babies and the elderly so I have a lot of experience with a lot of different types of people and animals. I’m very flexible and just looking to earn some extra money to fund my expensive Asia Cuisine habit. I am a full time employee at Ithaca College, but could care for your dog/ walk your dog before or after work, and on the weekends. I take great care in creating a safe, healthy, comforting, clean, and happy environment for the sweet pets I own, and the sweet pets I watch.

About: With five years of hands-on experience caring for my beloved dog growing up and frequent dog sitting for my friends now while I'm in Grad school, I've developed a deep understanding of pet needs and behaviors. I learned the importance of regular exercise, engaging playtime, and providing a structured yet loving environment. My dog enjoys daily walks, interactive play sessions, and plenty of affection, ensuring both physical and mental well-being. This experience has equipped me with the skills to cater to various dog breeds and temperaments, always prioritizing their happiness and health. I'm dedicated to give your pets the same level of care and attention I give my own. I'm a grad student doing research so I have a very flexible schedule in terms of time and location. I can suit to your dog or cat need as much as possible. I'm in a dog friendly neighborhood (no cars can get to the center of the neighborhood) and I'm very close to City Park, so plenty of room for a nice walk every day.

About: I am currently attending Cornell University studying Veterinary Medicine in hopes of receiving my DVM. I have worked with all animals for many years and hope to continue working with them. I have proper tools and I carry an animal first aid kit on me. I am also CPR certified for animals and am trained to handle emergency situations. I have a fenced in yard, have built in gates at my house, and can put my animals upstairs if yours needs space. I am also certified in training and animal cues so I can properly crate and assess your animal to prevent any incidents.

About: My whole life I have been into only 1 thing! And that is animals. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at a local horse rescue everyday after school and by the age of 18 I was volunteering at my local SPCA feeding and walking dogs. I went to college at SUNY Cobleskill for 4yrs and graduated with honors and received my bachelors degree in Animal Science. I studied many different training techniques with both horses and small animals, I even learned how to clicker train a chicken! ;) I’ve taken classes in care, management, training, behavior issues and many more. After graduation I became a riding instructor and horse trainer at a near by stable. I now run my own business as an equine dentist which leaves me with tons of extra time as I usually only schedule trips 1-2x a week! I currently have 4 horses, 2 cats, 1 really friendly German Shepherds, small Maltese, a ball python, and a Quaker Parrot named Echo. I have my own business! As an equine dentist I normally can only visit farms when owners are home so that means most weekend days are spent doing that while during the weekdays I’m totally free! I share my house with my bf and his 10yr old sister who is my foster daughter. Also a huge animal person!

Yuting D.
“Yuting has cared for my two cats when I go out of town. One of my cats is very needy, and she always plays and pets him. The other cat is judgmental and feisty, and Yuting respects this cat's boundaries. She follows my instructions, from when and how much to feed my cats, as well as watering any plants. Additionally, she has put some medication on the pet food as well. Yuting also notifies me if she notices if one of my cats is not eating or any other unusual behavior.”

Ambria D.
“Ambria is the best animal caretaker in the world. This is not an exaggeration. She loves animals, and makes sure they are always comfortable but most importantly, safe. I’ve never met someone so passionate about animal care and making sure that pets are happy. She takes care of my animals as if they were her own. It would be a mistake to not hire her.”

“I have two dogs that have become accustom to a lot of attention and care and I need to know they are in good hands if I have to leave them. Over the last nine years, Mary has been my dog sitter dozens of times. I can completely count on Mary to take care of my babies and trust that they will be safe under her watchful eye. My dogs love being with Mary, they are always excited to see her and I know they get all the love and comfort they need while with her.
