About: My title says it all. I believe that all animals deserve to be treated with love, thoughtfulness and respect. My pets are like my children, and I consider myself to be their father moreso than their owner; and I understand that many of you feel the same way. I will treat your babies with just as much consideration and will care for them like they were my own beloved, furry, extended family members. I am extremely well-versed in all aspects of animal care. I was essentially raised with dogs and cats and learned how to nurture and care for them at a very young age. I have cared for dogs and cats my entire life. In addition to having many wonderful experiences as a loving parent to my own pets, I have volunteered at domestic animal shelters for decades. I have fostered dogs and cats for animal shelters in my home (at one point I had 5 cats, a mama dog and 7 puppies in a two-bedroom apartment!), been an assistant manager at an all-volunteer pet adoption agency, and volunteered at a wildlife rescue and rehab center/farm sanctuary where I got to feed and care for numerous wild and farm sanctuary animals. I have helped prepare meals, feed, and care for raccoons, baby squirrels, possums, pigs, cows, horses, and all sorts of birds. I have been walking dogs professionally for around 9 years. I primarily work as a Travel Nurse, where I take care of patients in the recovery room after surgery, and walking dogs is typically what I do between contracts. I am not officially trained in animal medicine, but mammals are typically mammals, and I am the person in my family that has largely taken care of any of my family's pets after any type of surgical procedure. I also have experience giving pets shots and oral medications from when I volunteered at the pet adoption agency. I am currently available for walks from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday through Friday. I figure that's really the sweet spot to help people's pets while they're at work. I am also available on weekends depending on the situation. Sometimes I will pick up per diem shifts at surgery centers between contracts, so I may be working as a nurse and unavailable. Reach out to me if you would like me to care for your pet and I will try to accommodate your needs. I will treat your pets and home with the utmost love and respect. Your pets are your babies, I get it. It's very uncomfortable inviting a stranger into your home, and giving them access to the little fur babies you love as your children. I know what it's like from an owner's perspective, myself, when I've utilized these services for my dogs. I, too, have heard the horror stories about pets that have been abused by people who were trusted to care for them and they make me sick. It's impossible for me to 100% reassure you with words. All I can say is that I love fur babies and would never do anything to hurt them. Plus, I respect people's homes and your privacy, and I'm not going to use your bathroom or venture into areas of your home where I don't need to be. I'm just going to get your dog and their leash and do whatever you need me to do. If you want me to give them a treat, or fill their water bowl, I'll happily do that. But only if you give me permission to go into your kitchen, pantry, etc. As a travel nurse, I have to get fingerprinted for every new state license, and background checked and drug tested for each new assignment. Sometimes as much as four times a year, if I do 4 back-to-back 13 week contracts. Believe me when I say my background is spotless.

About: I have cared for many different breeds, even birds! I am well versed on the differences all dogs hold. I enjoy playful dogs, as well as the pups that just want to be lazy. I work Monday-Friday full time. Weekends are typically better suited but I am flexible! I typically work 8-4. Also available for simple drop ins or walks! I have handled dogs that are crated, free roaming. I have also cared for dogs with special needs and ones that take medication! No dog is too much to me!

About: I've taken care of my own dog for the past 9 years Including training. (Black mouth cur). I've also dog sit for my friends husky puppy for about a years time before I moved out of the area. I volunteered At a petting zoo for a few years taking care of multiple species. And I even worked as a professional zookeeper for a year + working with wolves, several big cat species, along with primates, hoofstock, giraffe, several birds like macaw and parrots, and also reptile species. I've prepared and provides these animals with special diets, given medication, worked on training, and even helped bottle feed and raise several animals such as goats, cougars, penguins, and others. I currently work as a marine Biologist who goes out to sea several days at a time with not a lot of warning so I can watch houses and walk dogs several days In a row but It's easiest for me to schedule only a day or two in advance. I'm always very animal attentive and I will focus on your pets needs and their behaviors. I like walking so if I house sit your dog I will make sure they get plenty of exercise. Anything like providing medications or whatever your pet needs I can do up to your discretion and I listen to owners for all of their specific pet care institutions

About: My family has always had animals. We had a dog for 8 years, a cat for 13, and now I have my own fur babies . I have a dog and two cats, but love meeting new furry friends ! I thoroughly enjoy animals and spending time with them. I care for my aunt’s Great Danes when she is away, often cat sit for friends and have helped care for friends dogs. About: I’ve taken care of lots of pets over the years. I enjoy being around animals and showing them love because they do the same for us! I have a genuine love for taking care of things if I can help it and I’m going to school to even become a nurse. I also started a house plant hobby. Taking care of things is just in my blood. I’m available more in the evenings . My schedule is flexible but inconsistent because I’m part time at my jobs but we can discuss availability if you book me to take care of your pet(s)! I have a fenced in back yard and just one cat. I’m able to keep them separated if needed. I also have my own home and it’s a smoke free one! I’m very clean and clean my home daily. I let my cat on the couches so yours will be allowed the same if they are not dirty of course.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I've raised dogs from puppies providing training and teaching obedience. Also providing assistance to senior animals. I currently work full time, 4 days a week (6am-5pm) Tues-Fri. I have a very flexible schedule that will allow for local visits and walks during working hours in the Owego area. Outside of working hours I am available in the 15mi radius around Johnson City. Within working hours or near, I am available in the 15mi radius around Owego. About: I have loved and have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. Brushing, bathing, walks, cuddles and lots of love! I am working full time at a school and get home by 4pm, Monday - Friday. I am available to do pop-ins and also offer walking services. There is plenty of time for me to get out and about with your faithful companion. I will be able to give them long walks and plenty of time to play. In your home, I can play with your dog with their toys and if you have a yard, we can play fetch and lay out in the sun. About: I've had dogs my entire life, but really started taking a lot of responsibility for their care around 12. From small breeds to large, I've loved them all! I have experience with behavioral issues, medication administration, seizures, and other medical issues. I'm a stay at home mom of two beautiful disabled children. We have one cat and one dog. I'm always home and available during the day for boarding. We have nice, big yards and we live in a very friendly neighborhood! I'd also love to help take care of your babes on the weekends, evenings, and occasionally during the week! I have an unfenced but spacious yard. Our home has the capacity to keep everyone separated if needed, but lots of room to be together, too!
