“Michael is amazing with our two dogs. it is very reassuring knowing they are in great hands. He is very quick to respond and communication is great. We will continue using him.”

About: I’ve been around/ raising animals my whole life . I currently own 2 dogs and a Leopard Gecko. I have previous experience working for Keys & Collars down in Florida where i worked full time as a pet sitter before relocating back to NY! I’m currently available any time M-F. Weekends are also pretty flexible as well. I may pick up a part-time job in the future but that still leaves me plenty of time to play with your furbabies! I like to usually ask clients to either meet with me before service so I can see their routine or leave a detailed list. I can crate dogs if owner likes , leash walks are fine, backyard access if client has that available. I will always fill water bowls. Feeding if client wishes so etc…
“Abigail has been really reliable and has done a great job of taking our dog for long walks and tiring him out. We’re really happy with her service. Definitely recommend her!”

“Colleen is excellent. She took great care of my puppy. She noticed a sore/ hotspot and arranged for us to get in to see her vet the same day and even volunteered to take him if my schedule didn’t allow.”

About: Your pets are your family! They deserve the best care while you are away. I have been caring for pets for most of my life, from my first puppy when I was 8 to my current cat. I have spent time with pets of all ages, and have experience in senior dog care. I will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is well fed and hydrated, and has a friend to play with while you are away! I am a grad student who has a flexible schedule. I am able to make multiple home visits throughout the day. I would be happy to fit meeting your pets needs into my day! I am happy to make sure pets are fed, walk dogs, play with cats, clean litter boxes, tidy up, and whatever else your pet needs!
“This iwas my second booking with Celia, and she’s the best!! My Gracie, and my grandpuppy Gemma adore her! She is super communicative and trully loves the pups in her care. Highly recommend! 10/10”

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I've raised dogs from puppies providing training and teaching obedience. Also providing assistance to senior animals. I currently work full time, 4 days a week. I have a very flexible schedule that will allow for possible local visits during working hours. I offer one on one attention to your animal providing meals, water and bathroom breaks. Also including plenty of play time, exercise, and local hikes.
“Kylie was amazing! We’ve never used Rover before - we’ve always had our dog stay with my parents when on vacation. We were pretty nervous since our senior dog is a little quirky but Kylie made the whole experience so wonderful! The detailed updates and many pictures were so nice! We hope to use her again in the future!!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life! Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to care for their animals. I used to live with a golden retriever that I cared deeply about. We loved to go on walks together. I started Rover around 2020 in Arizona but have now moved to New York for residency and would like to continue Rover during my down time. I enjoy helping people and animals. My schedule is busy but opening up as I progress in my residency! I love to de-stress with animals and exercise with them. I believe animals love me too. I follow directions well and will care for your animals the way they are comfortable and are used to. I know how important it is to gain their trust and ease myself into their home. I am trust worthy and will provide updates daily.

About: I’m home full time and love caring for animals. Your pet will be treated like family. I enjoy spending time with dogs and love going on hikes and walks. My world revolves around pets and caring for them has been my passion for years. I use to work at a veterinarian office so I have experience with all breeds of dogs and cats. I have always had dogs and cats growing up and I care for family and friends pets often. I love them all big and small! Your pet will be well cared for and loved unconditionally. I have experience with all ages of dogs, from several weeks old to senior dogs. I would love to meet your pets! A tired dog is a happy dog, so let's take a hike! I own my own pet business and work from home. So my schedule is very flexible and can walk dogs anytime of day, I work my work schedule around caring for pets. Walk dogs on leash with proper fitting collar or harness, I always carry extra incase. Can easily crate a dog if needed. Keep stuff up an out of the way and off the ground so it’s not in easy reach. Monitor them when playing. On walks I use the proper tools to set a dog up for success.
About: Overview: I have always grown up with pets and animals of all sorts, mainly small dogs, and now live with cats. I have experience with feeding, potty training, sleep training, trick training, caging, walking, bathing and grooming, running, cleaning up after, playing, exercising, swimming, and loving each of my beloved pets. Each task has been beyond worth it. If you have any questions or inquiries, please feel free to ask! Special Skills(Training, Dog Walking, and Medical Care) I helped house train each animal that I have had, as well as in charge of walking my dogs as my childhood chore. Since moving to the city part time, my dogs and I have become very used to handling the hustle and bustle of the streets, especially Central Park. I volunteer at the Broome Animal Shelter to walk their dogs occasionally with friends. I do not have formal certifications, yet but I have a life experience of training all the basics in my very activated alert dogs to settle down when guests arrive, sit and spin for function and fun, and also how to retrieve. I have also showered and groomed all my pets growing up in our home sink.. I mean, pet spa. As a disabled person myself with pets who have had various issues throughout their and my life with some experience in basic healthcare, and lots of experience in first aid and crisis- any medical procedure needed to be done at home from syringes to needles to gauzes to bandaids, or even just hiding a pill in cheese- I am your guy! My Fun Pet facts: - I have had a 14 year old Russian tortoise rescue, named crash, for 5 years now! It is named after the fact that he lives in a glass tank and sometimes forgets the glass is a wall. Also I set him free often to wander, and he's an adrenaline junky that loves to try to climb, drop, and crash into various objects and walls! - I raised salt water fish in my childhood home from lion fish to banana eels to pufferfish and idols and tangs! - My biggest dream is to have bunnies, ducks, and horses on my own homestead! pigs, goats, and any other animal would be fun too :) Experience (Personal, Pets, and Personality): As a Filipino, I grew up with a very large family which includes having lots of animals around. But even in my own home, I grew up with a golden retriever, a Havanese, and a poodle. Then two Havanese, and their cousin the Italian greyhound and.. another Havanese and... another poodle. I was the kid who memorized every dog breed, and wanted to visit the kennel and beg my parents for another dog. Our house was known as the place to house sit if a loved one was to go on vacation or anything. As an adult, I have lived with a cat each year that I could. Though these pets were pretty small in breed, it's actually my dream to get a dane or a similar sized and mannered big friendly giant. I spent a lot of my time at the shelter, in nature camp, and at the nature center when I was a kid keeping all the animals safe. I have been that friend who pets immediately bond with when visiting a friend's place for the first time. I was even such a frequent guest at the nature center, I even named one of the corn snakes "Bracelet" since she would hang around my wrist as I went to walk around the Greenberg Nature Center to greet, feed, clean, and care for the other reptiles. I have been an honorary member of the staff since I was 5 years old! I am free all of December and January! My work schedule is entirely flexible as I will be picking up gigs, working from home, and doing freelance creative work part time this holiday season. I will be curious and courteous about whatever tailored needs your pet has so I can best respect and take care of your pet. For dogs- On walks, I don't just walk alongside a dog but I pay attention to their body, queues, and interests. During house visits, I'd love to keep them engaged by playing with them and keeping them active then letting them rest. I am extremely well organized and I would ensure they get fed and taken out at requested times. For cats- I would ensure that the cats get what they need, and want from alone time to pets and cuddles to carry. I would be on time with food, medicine, or any other duties as well. I would keep a good eye on your cat and ensure they get into minimal trouble, while also letting them roam and explore. For any other animals- I would just be honored to hangout with a pet other than a cat or dog, no offense to my own beloved pets. I would ensure I am well educated in the handling and care of your animal!
About: I have always grown up with animals and taken care of our dogs. I have dog sat for family friends before and am comfortable with any pooch. I am currently in college and have classes at different times each day, but when possible I'd love to take your dog for a walk! I have a large backyard surrounded by woods and plenty of areas to run around. I have one dog and one cat. We also have an outdoor kennel and an indoor crate.
“Maddy went above and beyond for us. We were travelling and she was kind enough to take our dogs for a walk and feed them from our hotel room while we enjoyed the NASCAR race. Maddy was very responsive and made us feel our dogs were in very good hands. I highly recommend Maddy and her exceptional services. The dogs give high paws!!”

About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats, and for the past few years I’ve helped out neighbors with dog-sitting and walking. In my hometown, I volunteer at the local animal shelter, where I walk the rescue animals and help keep their spaces clean. I truly love spending time with animals and making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and cared for :) I’m a student, so my availability can vary, but I usually have free time on certain mornings or afternoons during the week, as well as on weekends. It really just depends on the day, and I’m happy to work with your schedule! I know how important trust is when it comes to caring for your pets. I’ve done basic training with my own dogs, and I bring that same patience and care when looking after others
About: I was raised around animals as a child and even lived on a dairy farm for a few years. As an adult, I have always loved animals. I'm currently working from home with a very flexible schedule, so I am available to take care of your pet most of the time that you might need. I am very comfortable around animals. I always have my cell phone on me just in case and I promise to make sure your fur babies are safe and happy. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I can take care of your pets during the day. I walk or use public transportation so the closer the better! When I get to your home I will complete the list of tasks (food, water, kitty litter, etc.) Then spend the remaining time petting/playing with the fur babies and/or walking your dog.
About: I personally have two cats of my own that I’ve had for 13 years. I started dog sitting for family 10 years ago and have been a regular dog sitter for a close friend for the past 7 years. I regularly watch two bigger dogs at once and always stay over night with them. My duties while watching these dogs include walking, feeding and giving medications when needed. I currently work Full time Monday-Friday until about 5:30 pm but I do get out of work early on Fridays around 2:30 pm. I occasionally work a side job on Sunday mornings until 1:30 at the latest. Generally I’m available on weekends starting on Friday evenings-Sunday afternoons. While watching dogs in a clients home I take dogs for walks, soak up all the dog snuggles and clean up after myself as well as the dogs. I’m very respectful of the owners wishes and treat their pet and home as if they were my own.

Colleen has helped me so much with my two senior dogs while I’m working locally on a contract. She has come for very last minute bookings and is patient with my sometimes stubborn dogs. It’s great to have a Walker I know I can trust so I don’t worry about the dogs while I’m at work.

Dana was on time and stayed for the entirety of our agreed upon arrangement. She was sure to keep me updated and sent pics throughout the day. She even tidied up my apartment! Jace seemed very satisfied by the time I got home. I would definitely book with her again.
