I have always had a deep love for animals. I began dog sitting at age 14 for my mother’s boss, and within the first week, I successfully taught her puppy how to give a paw. Since then, I have regularly helped friends care for their pets when they travel, and I currently cat-sit whenever my time back from college aligns with their needs. While in college, I volunteer weekly at a local dog shelter simply because I enjoy it so much. I take two dogs out at a time to walk and play with them, and after accumulating enough volunteer hours, I am trusted to foster dogs for the weekend. Spending time with animals brings me genuine happiness, and I truly value the care, companionship, and joy they bring into my life.
