About: Having 2 dogs of my own, I know how much clients/dogs owners care for their babies. They need to be fed, exercised, trained and taken care of as if they were little kids. That's what I do with my own 2 dogs and that's what I would do with any other dog under my care. My goal is to create a trusting and safe environment for the dog and return him or her to their owner as happy as ever.

“Jacqueline was great!!! It was my first time leaving my baby and she made me feel so comfortable and sent me pics and updates throughout the day.”

“Oswald was so incredibly helpful to me and my dog, Bear! Since Bear has mobility challenges, I enrolled him in rehab for physical therapy. Not only did Oswald help me with the lifting and carrying of Bear, he even generously drove us to and from the rehab center. His time, care, and attention meant a lot to me and is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much!”

About: I have been taking care of all kinds of animals since I was in high school, and I’ve never met an animal I couldn’t win over! I volunteered with the Humane Society of Boulder Valley for over a year and spent my time ensuring the dogs and cats there were as happy as possible, including walks, playtime, cuddles, and clean-up. Since then, I have pet-watched for many different dogs, cats, and rabbits. I have learned how to deal with dogs of many different personalities, including anxious, aggressive dogs. I’m currently a 1st year medical student with classes only in the morning, so I have plenty of time after classes and on weekends to come spend time with your pet while I study. I know how important it is for a pet to trust their caretaker, and I’m committed to earning your pet’s trust. This includes keeping their routine as consistent as possible and dedicating time to bond with them.

“Xavier was a great dog sitter. His love for Annabelle and Jackson showed with his loving care of the during his stay. I will definately be using him in the future !”

About: It began as I got my dog the I began walking my neighbors dogs one by one for different reasons and I realized I could continue that here I'm currently available 24/7 aside from the time I spend with my own animals and maintaining the small things about day to day life such as paying bills, eating meals, hygiene, grocery shopping, etc. When it comes to my own dog as well as my clients I must insist the dog remain on a leash at all times unless on private fenced in property, and the owner has given instructions.

About: When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I know how difficult it can be to be away from your best friend, so it’s my job to make that time as easy as possible! In order to do that, I’m a big believer in great communication. I like to get as much information about you and your pup even before the stay begins, so I can start thinking about how to make your pup happy and get a clear picture of your care expectations. When your pup is with me, I always send detailed daily updates, with information on anything you need to be kept in the loop on—from meal prep to exercise times. And of course, there will be plenty of accompanying pictures, so you can see just how much fun we’re having together! I'm currently in school full time and am free some mornings and afternoons, evenings for mid-day walks, and am usually available on the weekends for pet-sitting. I live in a pet-friendly apartment building and have a fenced balcony, if your pup needs some fresh air when we're not out on walk. I'm also happy to crate your pup, if they require it.

About: I am a certified canine coach for a local dog daycare company, with expert experience in play management, basic training, and of course, showering all pups with love. I recently graduated with a degree in Wildlife Biology, giving me a solid understanding of animal behavior, dog breeds and temperaments, and basic mammal morphology. I absolutely adore dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, from 5 lb yorkies to 150 lb mutts! I have experience with all age ranges, having raised my childhood beagle from 4 months to senior years, along with currently raising a 3 year old golden cavalier. I currently work part time at a dog daycare, with my shifts typically lasting 2-7:30 pm. Shifts vary by week, and therefore so does my availability. Walks can be fit in easily during most morning hours, and overnight stays can often be worked out in accordance with work and my own pup's schedule. A typical overnight would have me at your home around 8, and there in the afternoon until about 1;30. If interested, I can also have your pup accompany me to work at daycare after passing a temprement test. I take great pride in providing the best care for your pup, helping them to stay on your set routines. While staying at your home, I will provide enrichment, exercise, and basic training along with tons of cuddles and love. I can crate dogs or have them cuddle up in bed with me depending on your preferences. Walks, feedings, and drop in can be scheduled at your convenience, barring my schedule for my daytime work.

If you would like to hear more about our sit I'm happy to be a referral, she was that good!”

“Hello, my name is Denise Torres and Leida is one of the most caring and loving people that I know especially when it comes to animals in general especially dogs. She owns two shitzu-chihuahuas named Rocky and Heaven. She treats them like her own children. Aside from that she is amazing at training dogs. She loves walking her dogs daily to keep them healthy and stays on top of their health and grooms them herself. You wouldn't regret having her as a dog caregiver because any dog would feel love and warmth when in her arms and care. She would do anything to make sure any dog feels comfortable and protected. You can't go wrong with her, she has helped train other dogs and has helped others raise their dogs as well.”
