Great Danes can be very sensitive dogs, and it was obvious that our dog felt completely comfortable, safe, and genuinely happy in his care. Max walked our dog three times a week for two months and never missed a day. He was consistently dependable and communicative. He treated our dog as if he were his own and always kept us informed about anything out of the ordinary. On one occasion, he perceptively noticed the signs of an ear infection. That level of attentiveness and care meant a great deal to us. The photos he sent after walks always made our day. You could clearly see how attached our dog Max was to Uncle Max — the affection and trust were written all over Max’s face. It gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing our dog was spending time with someone so caring, responsible, and genuinely good-hearted. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
