My baby of 10 years (I adopted him as an adult), just passed after a long, happy life with a well-managed chronic illness and I am ready to show your special pal the love and deference they require. We have flexible schedules and spend a lot of time exercising our own dog. Our dog requires a lot of exercise so we often run her in our fenced in yard as well as the park near our house. We never leave our dog alone for more than 3 hours at the most. We have a very dog friendly home, and pets are free to roam about, provided they're trained and won't be destructive to furniture. About: Hello! My husband and I are relatively new to being on the care taker end of Rover. But better late than never! A little about us: We live in a spacious house with a yard with 2 cats and 1 dog (and no kids). We also work from home so we are able to pay lots of attention to our pets and yours! I, myself, am an animal lover with years of volunteer work experience in shelters and zoos. I have grown up in a household with many types of pets from dogs and cats to turtles and chickens and peacocks! We fall in love with every animal we meet, and would love to host your pet when they need us! We have two cats and a dog but we can dedicate an entire floor to your pets and spend time with them if separation is necessary from other animals. About: I treat every dog like family-with love, patience, and attetion. I make sure each pyp feels safe, happy, loved and cared for while you're away. Pet care is part of my daily routine. I set aside time every day for walks, feeding and playtime. i enjoy spending time with animals and always make sure they are well cared for. During walks, I focus on the dog's safety and wellbeing. I choose quiet routes when possible, bring water if it's hot, and make sure they get exercise and simulation. I always treat them withcare and respect

He was able to accommodate our two dogs very last minute (since our return flights were cancelled and we needed a new sitter) and then again he was very flexible to continue looking after our dogs when our flights were rescheduled multiple days later by the airlines. We appreciated the great communication and our boys were tired when we picked them up which is not an easy feat for our Australian Cattle Dog puppy! he definitely gave them lots of exercise and attention.
