“Madison was perfect to watch my Gracie girl! She was excellent with communication and pictures. Would love to have Madison every time we need a sitter!”

“Awesome!!! My cats really felt at ease with Lyndsey because I did not get meow yelled at when I returned, just got the “oh you are back look”. Thank you for doing such a great job.”

“Alexandria was great with our dogs! Was never in a rush, gave medications, and became fast friends with our pups. They communicated very well and the report cards were great. Loved the photos. Will book again.”
About: Local TCU student who loves animals. I did Rover all summer, and now that I’m back I’m campus I’m looking to continue walking dogs! I’m responsible, easygoing, and will treat your pets like my own! I’m currently home for the summer working a part-time job and looking to fill the gaps with pet care. I already take care of my energetic Duck Tolling Retriever, so I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding, and general care. Attention to your pet, routines, and instructions are my top priority! I make sure they’re fed on time, get plenty of attention and exercise, and feel comfortable and relaxed. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space, keep things tidy, and always make sure doors, leashes, and gates are secure. My own dog is always on the move, so I’m used to staying aware of things like open doors and food left out.

About: Experienced dog sitting all size dogs! Pitbulls, waimeraners, labs, wiener dogs etc. I love to go on walks and runs if possible! This past summer I consistently watched 4 dogs (from the same family) and had a great time! I frequently volunteer at the animal shelter but don’t have any pets of my own just yet! New to Fort Worth and looking forward to meeting you and your dog:) As of right now I am helping out at my boyfriends business but working from home- meaning I am available all day to take care of your pet whether at my home or coming to you. I live in a dog friendly apartment building along the trinity trails! These trails are perfect for dog walking and provide ample shade. The dog is welcome in all rooms of our place. At a clients home, I make sure to go over any guidelines with the owner to establish the rules and routines of their space- I only aim to help out never to impose!
About: With years of hands-on experience, I've volunteered at animal shelters where I gained valuable insight into caring for a variety of dogs. Growing up with both big and small breeds, I've learned how to adapt to each dog's unique needs and personality. Additionally, I regularly take care of my roommate's dog when she's away, further honing my skills in providing reliable, loving care. Whether it's walking, feeding, or simply offering companionship, I’m committed to ensuring every pet feels safe, happy, and well-cared for. I work full-time during the week, but I'm available on weekends to offer the best care for your dog. Whether it's dog sitting, walking, or just spending quality time with your furry friend, weekends work perfectly for me to ensure they get the attention they deserve while you're busy. Let me know how I can help! I take great pride in providing a comfortable and safe environment for pets, both in my home and in my clients' homes. When caring for pets in my home, I create a cozy, pet-friendly space where they can relax, play, and feel at ease. I maintain a consistent routine for feeding, exercise, and plenty of love and attention. In your home, I make sure to respect your pet's familiar surroundings while providing the same level of care. I stick to their routine, offer companionship, and ensure they feel safe and secure while you're away. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet as if they were my own, always ensuring they’re happy and well-cared for.
“This was my first time on rover and will not be my last! Yorleney & Yoshua were awesome! Came and met Roo before hand and were so nice about getting pictures and updates everyday and taking the time to play with her! Thank you guys so much!”

“Wendy is the best pet sitter EVER! She takes care of your animals like they are her own and she is so kind, genuine, and committed to making sure your pet is comfortable and happy the entire time she’s there. If I could recommend anyone it would be her! She is amazing!!🫶🏼👏”

About: I have experience working with very reactive, injured, and elderly dogs. I have two foster fail pugs, one with chronic health issues and the other who came to me injured and traumatized after being hit by a car. (I also have a Pug Emeritus who left me at the age of 16 and a half.) I grew up with Samoyeds, so I also have experience with large active dogs. If you are a Near Southside person, you might have seen me or my husband out and about with our pugs! I work from home and am available most days for home visits and walks. I have a car (and a SleepyPod car harness if your dog needs transportation). My home is not available as it is occupied by two snorting Velcro monsters who don’t like to share. However, I am happy to visit your home and/or take your pups out and about.
“Heather has been our go-to caretaker for our cat since we moved to the area. She goes above and beyond to make sure he gets all the pets, play, and love. I could not recommend her enough.”

About: I have had a passion for animals since I was 6 years old. I have decided to follow my passion and become a veterinarian.. I am currently in school for veterinary assistant. I am going to work my way up to become a veterinarian. I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 parakeets. I have a very flexible schedule. I am available to work from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. I do know how to do CPR on dogs, and I do have transportation, so I am willing to take pets to different locations to run and enjoy rather than to the same scenery if that is something desired by the owner. I am also willing to take pets to any appointments, if the owner has a busy schedule. I currently work PRN, so I have more than enough time on my hands to take care of your fur babies! I'm pretty accommodating, so just communicate your needs. When I am caring for pets in the client's home, I will follow the schedule/ duties that the owner would like for their pet. If the owner has set expectations it is my job to fulfill them.
About: Pet care since age 15—experienced with puppies, seniors, and routines. I build trust, follow instructions, and personalize care to meet each pet’s unique needs and personality. As a college student i have days filled of work and stress but being able to fit a furry friend makes my days brighter . Being on time with their meals, playtime, and medication if needed. I also provide companionship, monitor any behavior changes, and ensure a calm, safe environment
“Callie is wonderful at looking after my cat while I’m out on vacation. Great communications with her, and I really appreciate her daily photos and updates! Knowing that my cat is taken care of by someone trustworthy. Recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs (big and small) and cats since I was little, whether it was dog walking or house sitting for neighbors and family friends. Im currently working part time so I have lots of time to care for your pets while you’re away. I will make sure they are happy and give them the care they need. I will ensure all areas that your pet is kept are secure, ensuring playtime and socialization are safe for animals involved, and making sure your pet follows a healthy routine (regular feeding times, exercise, and mental stimulation).

“Krystal has been wonderful with Oliver! He is my 9 month old dachshund that has TONS of energy, and Oliver loves seeing her too! She sends pictures to update and is great at communicating with you! 😊”

“Uniqua did a great job caring for my Papillon, Marco. I feel she did everything that I requested of her. It is so comforting to know Marco is well cared for when I am away from home. I highly recommend her.”

“Lucilla was great! This was my first time using Rover and it did not disappoint. I had set up 30min drop-in visits and Lucilla was wonderful at sending updates and photos whenever she came to check in on Sampson. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fort Worth
Amaya was absolutely wonderful with my senior dog, Akira. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. She kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind, and it was obvious that Akira was in great hands. It’s not always easy trusting someone with an older dog, but Amaya went above and beyond to make sure Akira was comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, reliable dog walker or sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Elizabeth was great! She took excellent care of my dog while I was away and made the whole experience stress-free. She was reliable, communicative, and I felt completely comfortable knowing my dog was in good hands. I’d definitely recommend her and would happily book with her again!

Ashley took wonderful care of my husky, Koko, while i was away for almost two weeks. She went above and beyond by fitting twice-daily drop-in visits into her busy schedule while working a full-time job, and i felt confident that Koko was in great hands. Ashley made sure Koko got walks around the neighborhood, plenty of attention, and excellent care throughout our trip. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Koko was happy and well looked after. We would absolutely book Ashley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring Rover sitter!

Jennifer, is God send. I had to go out of town on short notice & she took such good card of my bunny while I was away. He doesn’t always open up to people but he really warmed up to Jennifer. She was consistent with the times she dropped in so he began to look forward to her visits. She was very thorough and very quick & easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her to amyone looking for care - she’s really sweet in person too! I will definitely rebook in the future.

Marisol was the absolute best with our fur baboes. She gave us daily reports and pictures to let us know how they were doing. She was easy to get a hold off and great communication. Also she followed instructions we left very well to assist with our babies. I would highly recommend her with you for baby needs.

Jacob was absolutely phenomenal taking care of our babies! From day one, he went above and beyond to make sure our dogs were well cared for, well exercised, and happy while we were away. He was incredibly attentive, detail oriented, and followed every instruction we left regarding their care. What impressed us the most was how quickly our dogs warmed up to him. Even though Jacob was a complete stranger to them at first, they took a liking to him almost immediately. His kind personality, gentle nature, and genuine love for animals made them feel comfortable and safe right away. It was clear from the start that he has a special connection with pets and truly enjoys caring for them. He kept us updated, paid close attention to their needs, and gave us complete peace of mind during our trip. Knowing our dogs were in such caring hands allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. Hoping he enjoyed our dogs and continues to be our go to person! We will book with him always .

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Fort Worth with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
