About: Your dog’s adventure buddy while you’re away. Long walks, playtime, cuddles, and dependable care tailored to your pup’s unique personality. I’m here to make your puppers feel safe and be a home away from home. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a pet owner myself. I plan my schedule around providing consistent care, exercise, attention, and companionship. Whether it’s morning walks, playtime, feeding schedules, or check-ins throughout the day, I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their owners are away. When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I have a secure fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, plus access to a dog park and Trinity River trails for exercise and enrichment. I follow each baby boy or girl’s routine, provide plenty of attention and playtime, and keep owners updated with photos throughout their stay.
About: I’ve grown up around both dogs and cats and have always loved being around animals. I currently help care for my three “pup nephews” (all pugs!) and frequently dog sit for family. I’m very comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, and great at following routines and instructions. Since I’m off for summer break, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the care and attention they deserve. I also enjoy being active, going on walks/runs, and taking dogs to the park for exercise and fun! I’m currently on summer break from teaching, so my schedule is very flexible! I’m available during weekdays and weekends for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and playtime. Because I have extra free time this summer, I’m able to give pets lots of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with access to a dog park and nearby walking trails/parks where pets can get exercise and fresh air. While my apartment is cozy, I make sure pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for during their stay. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routines, instructions, and environment to help pets feel secure and stress-free. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pet, and I treat every animal with the same love and attention I would give my own family pets.
“We couldn’t be happier with Diane and the care she provided our 2 cats. She arrived promptly and on time for each visit, kept us updated on how the cats were doing, and even spent more time with them than she had to. We were able to enjoy our vacation thanks to her. Highly recommended!”

About: I’ve always been a dog lover and grew up taking care of, training, and of course loving my family dog, Potter. I have three years of pet sitting and dog walking experience but well over a decade of experience if you count Potter! I also have volunteer experience at the SPCA and Humane Society with both dogs and cats. I know how stressful it can be to find the right person to trust with taking care of your fur baby when you’re gone away or even out of the house for long hours during the day, and I pride myself on always providing the best care I possibly can from sending lots of photos and updates to following all of the sometimes silly and seemingly overcomplicated little rituals and routines your baby is used to doing when you’re home with them! I’m a professional ballet dancer and currently in my summer “off season” so my schedule is extremely flexible and can accommodate whatever works best for you and your pets! I always like to do an in person introduction with you and your pets so I’m able to get to know exactly how you guys like do things, and of course to get to know your fur baby so I’m not a total stranger when I’m looking after them while you’re away! I have first hand experience with good and bad pet sitters for my own fur babies so it’s really important to me that both you and your pets are comfortable and feel confident with me before I take care of them!

I work Wednesday-Saturday 2pm till 12 am and have availability on Sunday-Tuesday. I have two dogs and one cat at my apartment! I am able to crate your babies if needed and keep them safe on walks, etc!

“Kendall was hands down the best Rover sitter, my husband and I have ever had! She is kind and patient with animals of all shapes, sizes and ages. I felt a sense of relief while on vacation that I haven’t felt in a while because of her thoughtful and detailed notes that really let me know she knew our pets. She will absolutely be our first call if we need care for our pets in the future.”

About: Hello! Liam and Sierra will be taking care of your furry family!! Sierra grew up on a farm and loves all 4 legged friends. Liam grew up with dogs his whole life! We love all dogs and show that by showing them a safe but loving, great time! Last year Liam and I fostered 14 dogs from bottle babies to seniors, so we are educated on all types. And now we have a large fenced in yard that dogs can run full speed in!! We also have an air conditioned sunroom that they can chill, drink water, and relax until ready to run again! The yard also has several mature trees so it’s very shaded! A doggie paradise! We are currently working on adding a doggie pool so they can cool off in the summer! My husband and I will be team working watching your pets! There will almost always be someone around to be there. We will always have them play before their breakfast. Then nap time for their belly’s to digest! Midday potty and play break. Then cool down. Then back to playing then eating! And for overnight potty breaks before bed! I have a large fenced in yard, and two friendly dogs myself! They are more than welcome to play or be separated! We have built in wooden crates here that are 6 feet by 3 feet they can lounge in or you can bring yours! However you prefer we will accommodate your pets needs! Our first priority is safety, and next your pet having a fun time!

I can also crate dogs for rest or feeding if needed. During weekend boarding, dogs will have a structured, safe environment with playtime, exercise, and plenty of attention. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pet is happy and safe.
“Wendy was very attentive and loving with our indoor kitty and outdoor kitty. She communicated with us when she was going to be late one day and asked if that was okay. Our kitties took a liking to her and they are very discerning - so it’s clear she is a true cat lover!”

About: I’ve been the gal on call for countless co-workers and church members for many years. I love all things doggos and humans! You can count on me to be both responsible and clean. I also love to take my new fur friends for walks. Since I work full-time as a teacher, I typically stay in the client’s homes to take care of their doggo(s). This way, I can take the best care of them before and after work. For safety purposes and to get familiar with my new fur friends, I do ask for a meet and greet prior to the job start date. This would be an evening/after I am off work :) I will come to you and will take great care of your fur baby. I have worked with all sorts of dogs and if there are any medical conditions or special instructions with care, feeding, or potty, it won’t be a problem at all.
About: Hey, I'm Emma, and I'd love to take care of your pet! My experience includes my lovely black lab, Petey, who is now a senior dog; a bichon frisee named Louie that we rescued from a local animal shelter; and two kittens, Marv & Harry. I have worked in nearly any customer service job you can think of and have loved it, which results in my friendly, customer-oriented perspective. I'd love to help you and your furry [or bald] friend out! :) I am very available to fit pet care into my daily routine! I have many gaps between personal obligations that I am available at all times of day to check on your furry friend, let them out, and even take them on a walk. My #1 priority is respect for your home and your wishes. I believe that safety and respect for the owner's wishes are integrated. I have a very customer-service oriented outlook, and your trust in me is something that I do not take lightly. I value communication highly and seek to create a professional environment.

About: I’ve been caring for animals my entire life, from helping my parents dog sit all breeds and growing up to raising my own cats and dogs. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong understanding of animal care and individual needs. I’m reliable, organized, and intentional with my time. I genuinely care for your pets and will make sure you feel that way too! I’m home for the summer, so I will be available to care for your pets all the time! I plan on going beyond the feeding time and the potty time to ensure your pet feels safe and loved. I love to spend time with animals making them feel loved, and making sure they are safe. Let me know what your pets love to do and I will make sure to do that!
“Amber was absolutely amazing when I was scrolling looking for someone I just got a great feeling about her I made the perfect Choice. I was away on a birthday trip 7 days, and she took incredible care of my cat, Arrow, the entire time. She kept in touch with me every day, sending updates and pictures that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She made sure Arrow was well cared for, played with him, scooped his litter box, and even took the litter outside afterward to make sure my apartment stayed fresh which was great to come home to. She also took the time to let him drink from the faucet his absolute favorite thing! which showed me that she really paid attention to his personality and routines. On top of taking such great care of Arrow, Amber went above and beyond by bringing my trash can in and even putting my birthday flowers inside the house and in fridge to keep them fresh for me 🥹 It’s clear that Amber genuinely cares about the pets she watches and treats them like her own. Knowing Arrow and my home were in such good hands allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and thoughtful pet sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: Beyond caring for my own pets, I have experience providing care for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and needs through family, friends, and word-of-mouth referrals. I’ve done everything from walks and meal time to bath time and giving medication (sometimes with a little persuasion and a lot of treats)! I am also an active volunteer with Saving Hope Rescue, which has strengthened my knowledge, reliability, and passion for animal care. I work part-time with a flexible, varying schedule, which allows me to fit in plenty of time for pet care during the week. I’m available for check-ins, walks, and pet sitting outside of work hours. I’ve also recently applied to master’s programs and look forward to continuing to make pet care a meaningful part of my routine alongside my studies. I provide care right in your home so your pet can stay happy and comfortable in their own space (no stressful changes needed!). I make sure they’re well-fed, walked, played with, and given lots of attention and affection. I also follow any specific routines or instructions closely—whether that’s meals, meds, or favorite game time rituals—so everything feels familiar and stress-free while you’re away.

Ali and Priscilla were amazing with our pups! This is the second time we have booked with them and we will continue to use their services in the future. We added a new addition to our family since the first time they watched our pups and they handled it with such ease. They kept us updated and sent lots of pictures which I love!

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.
Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Lake Worth stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.
Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Lake Worth choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Lake Worth with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
