About: Two large pitties, one large cat, and a snake are my precious pets. I’ve been caring for animals since I was young and have lots of experience with cats. I want to help ease your mind by providing your fur babies with a calm presence to keep them company while you’re away. Pet care helps me get walking exercise and help local people in my community! It’s a great way to be more active. Many folks are uncomfortable working with cats, but not me! Cats I keep indoors and I am used to brushing long hair cats, without pushing their boundaries. I care for my two large dogs with walks and outside activities tailored to what they prefer. One of my dogs loves to play tug of war and the other just wants to lay on the couch. I do both with them, since I feel play is important for an animal’s well-being.
“Madison was perfect to watch my Gracie girl! She was excellent with communication and pictures. Would love to have Madison every time we need a sitter!”

“Ashley did a fantastic job watching our two dogs! I felt very at ease having her over at our home. I trusted she would take care of them and be attentive to them while we were out town for a long weekend. I would definitely have her back to watch them again!”

“This was my first time using this app and Emily could not have been more patient and kind. Was so loving with my dog and communicated really well. Absolutely will hire her again.”

“Our kittens LOVE Karrington and so do we. We will always reach out to Karrington first every time we need a kitty sitter. She does a wonderful job and we can tell she cares about our little fluffer babies.”

“Sharon has done so amazing with my Cleo, who isn’t very trustworthy of strangers. She easily won over her trust & updated with photos at each drop-in, and made sure she knew everything she needed to know to care for my fur baby. 10/10 recommend!”

I am committed to safely caring for any animal whether that be my own or others. Making sure doors are securely shut, walking into the home calmly and ensuring no animals bolt through the door.

I currently work 10-hour shifts Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but would love to come hang out with your fur babies Sunday through Wednesday! I can swing by for walks or for cuddle time and feedings, or stay over and house sit. I will make sure for pets are safe and secure. I have one reactive dog, so I'm very familiar with keeping him safe and not putting anyone in an unsafe situations. About: Hello my name is Alejandra! I have been a veterinary technician for 6+ years and have 10 years of experience in pet care. I am a loving and compassionate person and have a soft spot for senior dogs and bully breeds. I am a firm believer that pets are a huge part of the family and should be treated as such! I am currently a stay at home mom but have a flexible schedule. With my job history I am comfortable with all breeds of dogs and cats and exotic or pocket pets. I am able to medicate and administer injections and perform nail trims (if your pet will allow me to trim nails) . I am available for pet sitting in my home, or dropping by your house for playtime/walks or feedings. I look forward to hearing from you!

“We used this caretaker for a day, drop-in visits, for our 3 dogs and 1 cat. She really went above and beyond! We could not have been more pleased, and our pets were all very happy. Thanks for relieving our anxiety!”

About: I’d genuinely rather be surrounded by dogs than by people. I more than enjoy being around animals and caring for them has always been a love of mine. I personally haven’t had a dog of my own for a few years and it’s rather sad not to have a pet around to take on adventures, enjoy hikes and eat all of the food you drop on the floor.I have dog sat/house sat for various families throughout the years and I enjoyed every part of it. I would love to continue dog sitting and walking pups. I can’t wait to get to know your pets and figure out what works best for the both of you so that your pet is as happy as can be ! I do work from home a few times a week and I have a somewhat flexible schedule at work and for sure I am available after work! I think it is very important that the pets I’m looking after are able to stick to their routine and how things they would normally have when they are with their parents and I would love to know their routines and make sure that they have just as much playtime or walking time as they would normally have.
“We couldn’t be happier with our experience! She took such thoughtful care of our dog and went above and beyond in every way. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend - and we’ll absolutely be booking her again!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - White Settlement
Emily was amazing! Shelby was very communicative and sent so many pics. We were nervous bc one of our dogs has separation anxiety but she did everything she could to make them comfortable. Even did a “meet and greet” before the actual sessions. 10/10 recommend and will be rebooking!

Katherine was fantastic. She stopped by to do a pre visit and we knew right away that she and Cora were a match. Dogo Argentino’s can be a bit intimidating in the beginning but Katherine was unphased by it. Her drop in visits were always on time and her reports were thorough. I will definitely use her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
