“Alexandria was great with our dogs! Was never in a rush, gave medications, and became fast friends with our pups. They communicated very well and the report cards were great. Loved the photos. Will book again.”
“Jarrell did a great job! Came on time and took lots of pictures! We have lots of pets and it can be a bit of a task taking care of everyone and Jarrell made sure everyone was fed boxes were clean and the dogs were pottied and loved on! Thank you for the excellent work Jarrel ^.^”

“Desiree was great! Showed up right on time for each visit, had no issues with all of my instructions and most importantly all four of my dogs were comfortable with her. Certainly recommend and will be using her services again!”

“Abby was terrific with my kitty Piper. She came over before our trip to get to know the cat and understand our needs. She was personable and easy to talk with. She has a wonderful gentle energy and made friends with Piper who was feeling shy initially. Abby came in on time everyday, played with the kitty and even sent us photos from each visit. We needed to extend our time away and Abby was easy to connect with so we could modify the plans. I’d hire her again very happily and recommend her to my friends. Thank you Abby!”

“Clara was able to drop in with my pets on a short notice after an unexpected out of town trip was needed. She was consistent, provided communication and pictured, and reached out with questions/concerns in a timely manner. Thank you!”
“I am so happy with Brenda and all the love and care she showed for my pets and my home. I came home to happy fur babies and a clean house. My dog is getting older and needs a little extra time to ensure she goes potty outside. Brenda was patient and kind. Her communication was great and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will definitely hire her again”

“Haven is great with our dog Luna. She came at the time requested and Luna loved play with her! Haven sent us a picture and video of them playing. Highly recommend and we will definitely call her again.”

“We feel very blessed to have found Kendall! She’s been to our home twice, once for a meet and greet and again for a drop in visit to get better acquainted with our fur babies in advance of an upcoming extended trip. Kendall made a great 1st and 2nd impression because she’s so good with our fur babies. One of our dogs is struggling with socialization, anxiety and possession issues, but Kendall handles her beautifully. She is thoughtful in her approach, explains things well, and even spend time researching and sharing articles with us. She’s provided recommendations for dog trainers she’s worked with. We look forward to having Kendall care for our babies for an extended trip. Thank you Kendall!”

“We totally trust Shelby and so does our cat Monkey! She’s very consistent and considerate to bring in mail, put out trash and water plants. I would choose her to be with our cats 100%!”
About: Taking care of 2 German-rottie mixes before sending them off to their forever home left me with a realization I’d never expected: dogs are so much better than humans. Since then, I’ve picked up dog walking for my current manager as well as the occasional dog-sitting for friends. I am currently working part-time but would love to take your dog(s) on a stroll to enjoy the morning air and feel the warmth of the rising sun. The latest requests I can take would be around 2/3PM. I am the type to venture out and will definitely make sure your precious enjoys the ride. Long but manageable walks with endless conversations (mostly on my part).
About: I’ve rescued my dog 15 years ago and fell in love with dogs ever since. My baby Galaxy recently passed from old age. I now have my brother’s dog named Bella. Please make sure your dogs are up-to-date on flee and tick meds to prevent it from being in my house and backyard. No cats due to allergies. Please provide food, bowls, leash, and beds. I can play with them in the backyard and take them for frequent walks. I have a house that is an open floor plan great for them to walk around. The house is fenced and can very well be perfect for dog sitting. The area is nice for walks. I do have 1 dog cage, if needed. I also have a bird. May as well be a zoo 😂

About: First time booking on Rover? Get $20 off! Hi! I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with three Golden Retrievers, and they truly felt like part of the family. My most recent one recently passed after an illness, so opening my home to care for other dogs feels really special to me. I have experience caring for pets of friends and family, and I genuinely enjoy giving them attention, comfort, and a safe place to stay. My children also love having dogs around and are gentle and respectful, which helps create a warm, welcoming environment. We do have a Burmese cat in the home, but she has her own space and knows where to go if she prefers not to interact with dogs. Our home includes a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and play, plus a kiddie pool for those hot days. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Your dog will be treated like family here—with love, patience, and attention. I work part-time from home, so I’m able to give plenty of attention and care throughout the day. My children are homeschooled and home most of the time, creating a calm, family-centered environment. We do leave occasionally for errands, church, or family events, but your dog will still have a consistent, loving, and supervised home most of the day. I also provide overnight boarding, so your dog will be safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Your dog’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and play, and a calm, family environment with my two children who enjoy giving gentle attention and companionship. If a dog needs a little quiet time or separation, I do have an office space available. For dogs that require crating, I ask that you please provide your own crate so they can feel familiar and secure.

Mckenzie is wonderful with my fur babies! She is calm and gentle with my old lady and playful with my young girl. She always sends tons of pix and keeps me updated so I don't worry about my babies. She has an authoritative but kind presents, so the dogs respect her and enjoy having her around.

Jessica did a great job with my 4 animals. She sent pictures daily and responded to my texts within 5 minutes. Her daughter was also a big help, and I know all my fur babies enjoyed receiving all the attention. Jessica provided gentle care with my senior dog and even administered her daily pill. I'm thankful Jessica was available to take care of my pets. I will use her again in the future.

I reached out to Maci with a short notice request for drop-ins and was worried about him because it’s the first time I’ve had to leave him for extended periods. Maci has made this such a great experience for both Avi and myself, and she goes above and beyond during the visits! I really appreciate her and highly recommend to anyone needing care for their dog!

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
