“Tayler did a wonderful job of taking care of our 2 dogs while we were on a cruise. She came and met the girls before the trip so that they would be comfortable with her. We also gave permission for her daughter to come with her and my dogs loved her daughter. I was nervous to leave the girls as one is medicated for a newly diagnosed condition. Tayler eased my nerves by keeping in contact with me about how she was eating and acting. I did not have access to the Rover app during the majority of my cruise so Tayler submitted feedback and pics in the app but would also send me updates via email as I did have access to email. This extra step in communication was very much appreciated. My 2 girls had so much fun with her at each visit. The pictures were great to receive. I will definitely book with Tayler again in the future.”

“Carol is the best!!! She’s a 10 out of 10. I will use her every time I can that she is available. She’s a great communicator and is amazing with my animals. If she’s available, book her. You’re welcome.”

“Spencyr did drop ins on 2 days for us while we were out of town and did amazing! He sent plenty of videos and played fetch with our pups and they love him! This is our 2nd time booking with Spencyr and we will continue to reach out if our pups need to be looked after!”

“Five Stars! Andrea was absolutely wonderful with our fur babies! It was such a relief to find someone so reliable during the busy holiday season. She was incredibly attentive and followed every instruction in our care notes for both pets perfectly. Her rates are very reasonable for the high level of care she provides—you won’t be disappointed if you book with her!”

“Lori is amazing! She is super sweet and super understanding. She did wonderful taking great care of my fur babies while away and messaged me letting me know how they are with pictures. One of my fur babies is timid with new people but she was able to get her very comfortable quickly. They are my babies so leaving them was so hard but she made me feel so much better about the whole process. Definitely recommend her and will definitely ask for her help in the future.”

“Alyssa took fantastic care of our dog. Our dog immediately warmed up. She went above and beyond playing with her and giving her attention. We will definitely be coming back to her when we need someone to watch our dog.”

About: Hi everyone! My name is Kiara Myre, and I’m originally from Anchorage, Alaska. I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have always had a genuine love for caring for them. Over the years, I’ve learned that every dog has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I really enjoy getting to know each pup individually. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I’m comfortable following each dog’s specific routine and care instructions. I also have experience administering medication to dogs when needed. My own dogs, Olive and Ruby, are a huge part of my life, and I previously helped raise and train my family’s Cane Corso, Harley. Working with Harley taught me a lot about patience, consistency, boundaries, and understanding that every dog responds differently. He also taught me that, at the end of the day, dogs want to feel loved, safe, and included. For drop-in visits, I’m happy to provide whatever your pup needs—potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, cuddles, medication, or simply some company and attention. For walks, I love getting dogs outside for exercise and enrichment, whether they enjoy a relaxed neighborhood walk or a little more activity. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care. I’ll treat your dogs with the same love, patience, and attention I give Olive and Ruby, while making sure their normal routine is followed as closely as possible. I’ll also keep you updated during each visit, so you know how your pup is doing. I genuinely love animals and would be excited to meet you and your fur babies! I have a flexible schedule and am primarily available for morning and midday dog walks and drop-in visits. I love helping pets stick to their normal routine while their owners are at work or away for the day. I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to follow your pet’s usual schedule and care instructions. Whether they need a morning walk, a midday potty break, a meal, or just some extra attention and playtime, I’m happy to be there! The safety and comfort of your pets are my top priorities. During drop-in visits, I’ll follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and any other care they need. For walks, I’m attentive to my surroundings and always prioritize your dog’s safety. I make sure gates and doors are securely closed, keep dogs leashed unless you specifically instruct otherwise, and avoid situations that could make your pet uncomfortable or unsafe. I understand that trusting someone with your pets and your home is a big deal. I’ll treat your home with the same respect I would my own and your pets with the same patience, care, and attention I give my own dogs, Olive and Ruby. I’ll also keep you updated during visits, so you know your pets are happy, safe, and cared for.

About: Hello, I’ve been a dog (and cat) owner my whole life, recently having to put my dog Valek of 14 years to sleep, and now my cat Baby Meowy. I haven’t gotten a new dog yet, but look to borrow my friend’s dogs to dog sit and cuddle with. Now I figure, hey, might as well do it as a part time job, too! I have boarded dogs at my place as well as stayed at other friend’s houses to pet sit and house sit at the same time. Dogs usually love me, so I don’t anticipate any problems taking care of your pet. I can also handle larger breeds as well. I look forward to helping you out and to help you feel comfortable while leaving your home for a trip or vacation!
About: Hello, my name is Ruby, I am 28 years old, married and have a little furry baby named Vader. I have a part-time job with a lot of time in my hands. I saw an ad on this site and thought, “no way, that’s so cool I want to do that”! So I signed up and here I am now trying to help other doggie lovers/parents with their everyday life. I am a dog lover myself who would like to play, walk, go to a dog beach and visit dog parks with your pup. I love animals and have a huge passion for dogs. I cannot wait to get to meet you and your furry baby! I hope I can be a help in any way.
“Thank you for a wonderful and at ease experience. Emily dropped in to check on my cats for a couple of days and she was kind, respectful and provided updates. Thank you again for your help!”

About: Experienced dog and cat owner with wide-open daytime availability. Dedicated to safe, fun neighborhood walks and attentive drop-in visits tailored to your pet’s routine. I am currently a stay at home fur baby mom. I can take your babies schedule and bend mine around it to create as little disruption as possible in a possibly stressful time. As a gentle, calm, and naturally patient animal lover, my top priority is creating a stress-free experience for your pets in the comfort of their own home. Because I have a highly flexible schedule, I am able to arrive on time, maintain your pet's exact daily routine, and give them my undivided attention during every drop-in visit and walk. Safety and trust are at the core of how I operate. Before leaving your home, I double-check that all doors, deadbolts, and gates are entirely secure, and I always ensure your pet is safely settled inside. I am highly attentive to specialized health and dietary details. In my own life, I manage strict feeding schedules for my two cats—including one with specific food allergies—so I completely understand the critical importance of keeping diets separate, cross-contamination-free, and precisely measured. Additionally, I am fully comfortable and experienced in accurately administering oral medications and pills to both cats and dogs. I use a soft, encouraging approach to keep them completely comfortable and happy during the process!
About: My whole life I’ve grown up with full house of dogs and cats, so when it comes to knowing how to love or care for fur babies I know a thing or two. :) I have however been caring for other people’s fur babies for the past year and a half, and I’m pretty quick with adapting so it’s definitely become something I enjoy. As of right now I stay home 24/7 because I am unemployed and a full time college student on summer break. Of course when school starts up again I will have a schedule during the day but nothing crazy just a class or two during the day. I have a much older dog so he tends to sleep for the most part but still loves his outside time. I try to let him enjoy being outside seeing as that’s the only time he’s active unless I take him on a walk or dog park. I don’t usually take him on long walks rather short ones just cause he gets tired fast now. He is well trained to get my attention when in need of food or needing to potty, so I just pay attention to cues he gives me, but other than that we chill.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was a child. Big and small dogs! I have one dog, named Benson (Great Pyrenees). He loves going on walks and cuddling on the couch. I am a teacher, so in the summer I'm all free! I have a dog at home as well. I have a few trips and summer plans but not much. I have a yard for him and he loves going on walks. He is a free feeder and nonaggressive. He typically is sleeping more than awake.
About: Lifelong animal lover experienced with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, fish, chickens, and bees, including rescues, large breeds, Humane Society volunteering, and professional pet care. I work full-time near Sundance Square and am available after 5:30 p.m. Monday–Friday and anytime on weekends. I serve the Fort Worth city area and surrounding neighborhoods. Your pet’s comfort and routine are my priority. When caring for your pets in their home, I will follow your instructions, routines, feeding schedules, medications, house rules, and any special care guidelines you provide. I understand that every pet is different, and I will take the time to learn what makes your pet feel safe, comfortable, and happy. My goal is to provide dependable, personalized care while giving you peace of mind that your pets are being cared for exactly as you requested.
About: I’ve had dogs all my life (of all ages) and enjoy working with them. I currently have 3 dogs that require lots of attention! Most dogs take an instant liking and trust with me and so do cats. I have no allergies to pets either. I have 2 years of exotics professionally with birds, amphibians, and reptiles. I also have my bachelors in environmental science with a concentration in animal sciences. Senior dogs, especially hounds, have my heart! I’m currently job-hunting and am looking for income to raise money for law school. I am free most days and can do weekends and overnight stays. I have a full fenced backyard as well as a dog door for emergencies. I feed my dogs separately. Room doors are always open if animals need anything and a doggie door to go outside. At your home you can expect respect and cleanliness. I appreciate written instructions on how you like things at your home. Additionally, please let me know rules on eating in the house, guests, etc.
“I have an 11 year old large breed dog with multiple health problems and Rachel takes excellent care of him, often managing multiple medications and maintaining his complex schedule with competency and care. She truly loves him as if he's her own fur baby. She also takes great care of my plants. I have known her for 9 years, and she is extremely reliable and trustworthy. He's the only person I'd trust him with. It's so nice to be able to relax knowing he's in good hands. The peace of mind she provides when I'm gone is so valuable!”

About: I’ve grown up around pets and farm animals all my life. I take diligent care and will show immense compassion towards your animals. I take pride in ensuring your animals are taken care of how you expect them to be. I currently stay home with my child, and teach fitness classes early mornings. Rover will give my daughter and I an opportunity to help other families while they’re working or enjoying themselves. I prefer a list or document to go by. This ensures everything is documented and all of your needs and wants are met! In our home we let our dogs out constantly and keep their bowls full.

Our dogs love Jennifer & so do we! She was amazing with our 3 large breed somewhat reactive dogs. She did great at managing the few triggers that they have & i could tell they really enjoyed their time together 🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶🐶. She was great at communicating and sent us lots of photos, along with a summary every visit. She also watered my plants which i really appreciated as well. We will definitely be booking with Jennifer again in the future!

Tricia was SO responsive both before and during our booking. We did a meet-and-greet and felt very confident leaving her to check in on our babies. Our crazy 50 lb dog is already a lot, but then he unexpectedly had dental surgery a few days before our trip. Tricia made us feel confident he’d be carefully watched and get all his meds in the six days we were out of town! She sent such thoughtful and detailed updates with every check-in, and always sent numerous adorable pictures of our pups. They were clearly happy and having a good time with her 😊 she even watered our flowers for us so they wouldn’t die in the Texas heat!! We hope we can book her again for our next vacation! 🐶🐶❤️

Very caring and detailed. Took care of Titus and gave thorough updates and pics which I loved and appreciate as a sitter. She dropped in 3 times total and Was on time every time. It feels good to know someone cares for your pup as much as you and for that i will use her again in the future. Thanks Corine!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
