Large Breed Expert, Flexible Hours!
I’ve had dogs my entire life and have also helped care for the pets of friends and family. While this is my first time offering pet care professionally, I bring years of hands-on experience—especially with large and strong breeds like Cane Corsos, German Shepherds, and Huskies. I’ve trained my own dogs and attended professional dog training courses, so I’m comfortable reinforcing good behavior and understanding how each dog responds. I’m also experienced in administering medication and caring for senior dogs. My approach is active and attentive—I believe most dogs just need to know where they stand and who they can trust. Once you understand their personality and body language, everything falls into place. I love getting to know new dogs, whether they’re easy-going or a little more challenging. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and excited to see me while their owners are away.

I care for dogs exclusively in their own homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. For dogs that may be more challenging, I require a meet-and-greet beforehand to ensure everyone is comfortable and set up for success. When walking new or unfamiliar dogs, I follow a strict no-contact policy with other dogs and people to prioritize safety. I’m a big believer in tailoring activities to each dog’s training level and unique needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, structured playtime, or quiet companionship, I’ll adapt to what works best. I also understand how important it is to maintain a clean home—I'll always make sure your pet is picked up after so you can return to a tidy space. I value clear instructions and know that sticking to familiar routines helps pets feel at ease while you're away. My goal is to provide a safe, calm environment and ensure your dog is happy, comfortable, and well-cared for in your absence.

Fantastic. My dog is happy, and Mike took great care of her. I even had some neighbors text me, unsolicited, that my sitter is great! My apartment is neat and in order, it's like I never left. I've never used a petsitter before, so I'm sure it wasn't Mike's normal type of post, but I would recommend him to anyone.

Schedule
I work Monday through Friday in sales, but my flexible schedule allows me to fit pet care into my day. I’m available for midday visits, and with ample notice, I can start work later or leave early to accommodate your pet’s needs. Whether it’s a quick check-in, a long walk, or extra playtime, I’m happy to adjust to ensure your pet gets the attention they deserve.
