Andrea can care for
Availability
Pet care is a natural part of my everyday routine since I already care for four dogs at home. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, so I’m available throughout the day on those days. On weekdays I’m free for afternoon and evening visits, and weekends are wide open. I love getting out for walks and check-ins, and I’m able to fit most pet routines easily into my schedule.

I don’t offer boarding since I have four pups of my own, but when I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your routine exactly. I’m very comfortable with anxious dogs, shy cats, sensory quirks (like deafness), and multi-pet homes. I pay close attention to body language and move at each pet’s pace — whether that means slow reassurance, calm companionship, or fun playtime. I respect your home, follow feeding/meds precisely, and keep everything safe and stress-free.
Information Andrea G. would like to know about your pet
Since I have four dogs with very different personalities, I’ve learned how important it is to know each pet’s quirks and triggers. I’d love to know anything that helps me understand your pet — their energy level, anxieties, what gets them excited, whether they’re reactive to other animals, or anything they love or dislike (squirrels, bikes, bigger dogs, loud noises, etc.). Routine info like feeding, meds, crate rules, or comfort items is super helpful too. The more I know, the more I can make them feel safe and understood.
A typical day
I always adjust to what each pet enjoys! For active pups, that might be walks, sniffing adventures, fetch, or backyard play. For cats, it could be wand toys, feather chases, brushing, or cozy attention. For more anxious or mellow pets, I keep things calm with gentle company, enrichment, or quiet routines. My goal is to help your pets feel happy, comfortable, and understood — just like my own crew at home.

Experienced Dog Mom of 4
Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Andrea — proud dog mom to four very loved pups and lifelong cat lover. My home is full of personality, and caring for my own animals has taught me so much about patience, routines, communication, and understanding each pet as the unique little soul they are. Here’s my crew: • Bandit — my deaf shadow-chasing boy who communicates through body language and has taught me how to really listen to pets without sound. • Honeybun — my anxious, sensitive girl who needs calm energy and gentle reassurance (and taught me how to support pets who get overwhelmed easily). • Biscuit — my sweet but gloriously obnoxious and demanding prince, who reminds me that personality is everything. 😂 • Tipper — my absolute angel baby who is soft, easygoing, and the emotional support of our whole little zoo. And then there’s Lilly — my long-haired red cat who I had for 14 incredible years. She was a dramatic queen who scream-meowed at me anytime she wanted attention, and she taught me exactly how vocal, opinionated, and affectionate cats can be. I’m very comfortable with shy kitties, independent cats, attention-demanders, and everything in between. Because of my own pets, I’ve learned how to: • read subtle dog & cat body language • build trust with anxious or timid pets • handle sensory quirks (like deafness) • keep structured, predictable routines • follow feeding, meds, and potty schedules exactly • give affection when pets want it — and space when they don’t • adjust to ANY personality — mellow, dramatic, anxious, silly, or spicy I’m big on communication and give lots of updates so you always know how your pets are doing. My goal is to make your dogs and cats feel safe, happy, and understood — the same way I care for my own crew every single day. ❤️🐾

Reviews

Andrea is an AllStar. Great communication, super reliable and allows us the peace of mind to be away from our car with NO WORRIES.

Andrea was amazing with daily updates and great pics. Communication prior to and during her service was top notch. We found our forever pet sitter!

Five Stars! Andrea was absolutely wonderful with our fur babies! It was such a relief to find someone so reliable during the busy holiday season. She was incredibly attentive and followed every instruction in our care notes for both pets perfectly. Her rates are very reasonable for the high level of care she provides—you won’t be disappointed if you book with her!

Took good care of our cats! Very attentive to details and super nice. She gave our cats the attention they needed. We will definitely book her again soon.
