About: I've been taking care of Med & Lg breed dogs across all ages my whole life, including Great Danes, Pit mixes, a Husky, and multiple Golden Retrievers. I absolutely love getting to know each dog's personality! I am more than happy to accommodate any special training requests you've been working on to keep those skills sharp as well. I can help teach and reinforce basic commands like sit, down, heal, and place if you've got a young pup. You can count on photo updates, and maybe even a couple punny captions! I work remotely with a relatively flexible schedule, which gives me greater availability to love on your pup whenever you are traveling or just away at work! When you choose me, your fur baby is my fur baby! I do whatever is needed to make sure your pup feels safe, secure, and happy while you're away. We follow any and all house rules for visits in your home. In my home, I have 2 Golden Retrievers who are always welcoming of new playmates to burn some energy, or an older doggo that just wants to snuggle up and relax in the a/c between walks - whichever speed fits your dog's style.

About: I have taken care of pets for 2 years now, I have experience and will care for your puppy and look out for them when needed wether it is feeding them or taking them out! On the weekends I am free and on the weekdays I work but I come back at 10 which is the time my daughter leaves the house for school so she can walk him and feed him in the mornings! About: I'm always the one to take care of all of my friends and family members pets when they travel so I figured being part of the Rover Team would be a great idea! About: A little about myself.... I got my first pet when my father brought home a puppy when I was about 6 years old. I've always loved dogs my whole life. I've had 4 poodles two boys (our family pets) & my own- one boy toy poodle & one girl- who was a Bichon-Poo- both were mine. Sadly, both have crossed over to the "Rainbow Bridge." Sophie was also an emotional support & therapy dog for my mother. Recently had to put my most recent rescue Sugar down due to complications from heart failure. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. Mostly I’ve taken care of labs but with my sister being a veterinarian I’ve had experience with all different walks of dog life! Soon I will be working part time but it won’t be a problem at all having plenty of time for pet care and attention. Overnight stays are welcome if need be! I have a fenced in back yard and a community friendly dog park available. It is not a problem for the pets to rest on the couch slash bed unless it is not the owners preference to allow that.

When we got there, she was super nice & even offered to give us a tour of her apt complex to show the areas the dogs can go play and walk. She was very attentive to the dogs making sure she understood everything they needed & felt comfortable with, including paying attention to their behaviors. The dogs were so happy with Shannon, she took great pictures & at the end during pickup, one of my dogs didn't even want to get up from her couch!! I was in the area visiting and wished she lived near Orlando as I would absolutely make her my local sitter. I hope to cross paths again if we're ever in the area again!
Having been about 3 1/2 hours from home, due to work, and desperately needing to find a safe and welcoming accommodation for my pup for the following day Amanda was absolutely amazing!!
