About: A little about myself.... I got my first pet when my father brought home a puppy when I was about 6 years old. I've always loved dogs my whole life. I've had 4 poodles two boys (our family pets) & my own- one boy toy poodle & one girl- who was a Bichon-Poo- both were mine. Sadly, both have crossed over to the "Rainbow Bridge." Sophie was also an emotional support & therapy dog for my mother. Recently had to put my most recent rescue Sugar down due to complications from heart failure. Shannon was such a sweetheart! She was welcoming & easy to communicate with before & during my dogs stay. When we got there, she was super nice & even offered to give us a tour of her apt complex to show the areas the dogs can go play and walk. She was very attentive to the dogs making sure she understood everything they needed & felt comfortable with, including paying attention to their behaviors. The dogs were so happy with Shannon, she took great pictures & at the end during pickup, one of my dogs didn't even want to get up from her couch!! I was in the area visiting and wished she lived near Orlando as I would absolutely make her my local sitter. I hope to cross paths again if we're ever in the area again!
Having been about 3 1/2 hours from home, due to work, and desperately needing to find a safe and welcoming accommodation for my pup for the following day Amanda was absolutely amazing!!
