About: I have owned dogs most my life and even owned a variety of other animals like fish, bunnies, and guinea pigs. I also currently have 2 dogs of my own and have also done dog training with dogs I've owned in the past. Brooke really helped us with our kitty when we were in a time crunch. She did everything we asked her to do along with making our kitty feel comfortable. He’s a shy boy too, but really seemed to enjoy when she came to check on him! Definitely will be booking again.
Marisa did amazing with my 10 week old puppy! She came with prior experience and was very knowledgeable about working with high energy puppies. She practiced training commands with him and went above and beyond just playing and letting him out. She was patient and caring. She sent updates while she was there along with pictures and videos to show me how it was going (which I loved because I was nervous as I'm a first time dog owner). I'm so happy I booked with her. Destony, did an excellent job spending time with the dog, walking and feeding along with communicating. The dog was staying at an assisted living facility, while the owner was away. She kept me informed of other people taking care of the dog. Very helpful to know the dog was so loved.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
