Ashlee is great with my baby basset hound Owen. He seems to love being in her care and she watches him while I’m at work during the week. It’s a perfect way to socialize your pup by putting your furry friend with her, as she has her own little pup daycare! ❤️

Summit’s home set up is fantastic. Very furbaby friendly. This was my golden pup’s 2nd stay and just booked a 3rd. My 10 month girl is very timid at first when meeting new people but she came out of her shell very quickly. I know she already loves her stays by the way she almost didn’t want to leave lol. Also she’s very happy in every pic he updates me with throughout the day. Not every sitter shows the amount of care that Summit does- me and Chai really appreciate it!

About: Hi! I’m Siddhi, a responsible and caring pet lover based in Fort Myers. I have experience with both dogs and cats, including my own husky Leo and cat Oliver, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I’ve also volunteered with Gulf Coast Humane Society, which gave me experience with different personalities and energy levels. I’m reliable, communicative, and will always treat your pet like my own 🤍 Pet care is already a part of my daily routine since I have both a dog and a cat of my own. I’m used to scheduled walks, feeding times, playtime, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. I plan my week around responsibilities, so I always make sure I have dedicated time for walks or drop-ins. Caring for animals isn’t something I squeeze in, it’s something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, I make sure they’re fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and have fresh water at all times. I also give them lots of attention and affection so they feel comfortable and safe while their owner is away. I keep spaces clean, secure doors and gates, and always prioritize the pet’s safety. I also send regular updates and photos so owners feel at ease.

Olga was absolutely wonderful with Ruth and very accommodating to my unpredictable schedule at times. Ruth was newly adopted and had a couple issues, so I wanted to make her transition to her new life as easy as possible. Every time I picked her up, she was very happy and seemed to be coming out of her shell. I’m so grateful I found Olga on Rover and will definitely be a repeat client!

Krista was amazing! When I was dropping Oliver off at her house, he immediately went right to Krista and proceeded to go inside her home like he had known her forever! It made it so easy to leave Oliver, knowing how comfortable he felt. I would definitely recommend Krista and will reach out to her again while staying here in Cape Coral.

About: A little about myself.... I got my first pet when my father brought home a puppy when I was about 6 years old. I've always loved dogs my whole life. I've had 4 poodles two boys (our family pets) & my own- one boy toy poodle & one girl- who was a Bichon-Poo- both were mine. Sadly, both have crossed over to the "Rainbow Bridge." Sophie was also an emotional support & therapy dog for my mother. Recently had to put my most recent rescue Sugar down due to complications from heart failure. My home is without and dogs or cats now. I just have 2 parakeets. However, I've fostered dogs & will continue to do so from time to time. That said, I will always be sure to give all of my clients pets the love & comfort that they need & deserve. 😊 Contact me for boarding/petsitting at my home anytime. I am also available to pet/house sit at my clients homes as well. My reviews speak for themself! 🐾❤️ I have a lot of flexibility with my part time job so I can care for pets with ease. I can be available just about anytime! I can take care of your fur babies anytime💕🐾 I can pet/house sit at a client's home. I am available to board/sit/dog day care at my home full time.

Pablo and Elaine have a carefully controlled dog pack with a range of moderate energies well suited for socializing other dogs. Although our dog was initially nervous when we brought her there, she fit in well with the pack by the time we returned to pick her up. We are extremely happy with their service and highly recommend them.

About: I have over 40 years’ experience caring for pets. I've often watched friends and family dogs. As I am now fully retired and recently lost my most precious Dachshund, Nathan(hotdogs) after 16+ years, I’m hoping to help anyone who may need pet care watching their family dogs. I really enjoy watching, walking and playing with pets. See you soon! I'm fully retired and spend most of my time at home. I have plenty of free time and I’ve always enjoyed getting out for a dog walk in the early morning and late afternoon. I'm committed to loving care and safety for my clients' pets. I always enjoy long walks with the energetic fast pace Rovers. I'm always cautious to have them on a proper leash and collar or harness during their walks. I take care not to walk dogs when it's too hot and always keep them off of hot sidewalks and pavement. I also allow plenty of couch and TV time for all dogs especially the less active senior dogs. Tell me your dog's needs and habits and I will do my very best to make them feel right at home.

About: Hi! I’m a dependable, stay-at-home mom and animal lover who will treat your dog like part of the family. Because I’m home throughout most of the day, your pup will receive plenty of attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles. Dogs are rarely left alone, and I’m happy to follow their usual feeding, walking, medication, and sleeping routines. I have a sweet 9-year-old Shih Tzu and two animal-loving boys, ages 10 and 13, who have grown up around dogs and understand how to interact with them gently and respectfully. All interactions are supervised, and your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I also provide regular photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. As a homeschool family, we’re home often and able to provide lots of attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day in a calm, cozy environment. Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. We have a private backyard for potty breaks and outdoor time, but because the yard is not fenced, all dogs are kept safely on a leash or lead at all times while outside. Pets are always supervised during outdoor time, and I take extra care to make sure they feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for while in my home. I’m also happy to follow any specific safety instructions, routines, or preferences you have for your pet. My goal is to provide a calm, loving, and safe environment where your pet feels right at home.

About: I’ve taken care of kittens, Cats, Puppies, Dogs, even chickens. I have done it all. I am very reliable when it comes to dog walking, because I walk my dog every day. I have a French bulldog myself, his expertise, health, and happiness is one of my main priorities. I love animals and have been loving them ever since I was a little girl. I have a huge heart when it comes to them, they are the best for comfort, and deserve to be loved by everyone. They are just the most precious little babies ever! 🫶 I am mostly free in the mornings and in the afternoons. When ever I have the time I am always on a walk with my dog or at the park with him trying to get him the exercise he needs. Cause he is a little big for his breed and needs the exercise and and to be out of the house. As soon as I wake up I take my dog out for a walk. Then I fill up his bowl with food and his other with water. Then in the afternoon when I get done school I’ll take him out again. And lastly at night I take him out for the third time. Give him food and water. He is my #1 priority as always (: I try and play with him as much as I can during the day, but I’m a busy girl so I do my best!

I honestly don’t think words can fully express how grateful I am for Maria. This past week was one of the most stressful weeks I’ve had as a dog mom. I was worried sick about Tron, and leaving him with anyone felt impossible. But from the moment Maria took over, she not only took incredible care of him, she took care of me too by giving me the peace of mind I desperately needed. She kept me updated throughout the day, made sure he was eating, and even spoon-fed him when he decided he wanted to be stubborn. She loved on my sweet boy like he was her own and played such a big part in helping him get back to himself. I’ll never be able to thank her enough for the love, patience, and compassion she showed us during a time when we needed it most. I’ll never forget what she did for my little guy, and there’s no question we’ll be back. Thank you, Maria, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Villas on Rover is $38.85 per day (as of September 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of September 2026, there are 581 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Villas. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Villas commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 581 sitters in Villas, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
