About: I come from a family of animals lovers. I began pet sitting for a licensed pet sitting company when I was 17 years old and then moved into the veterinary field full-time. I have experience in emergency clinics and wellness clinics, so I'm comfortable administering medication for older or ill animals if needed. I have some experience with exotics and small animals (rodents specifically) and I’m happy to follow care instructions for species that are new to me! I work full time, five days a week. My pet care schedule would be morning/evening drop ins around my work hours and overnight stays. I have two very spoiled cats at home and two mice that I love. For clients, I am happy to stop in and spend time with your kiddos and make sure everyone is doing well! I tend to be a homebody, so I am also glad to come spend a few evenings reading or playing on my computer while making sure your fur babies aren't alone and have someone to cuddle with!
“Rachelle is amazing! I cannot thank her enough. My two boys can be wild and she was so attentive and kind. Her problem solving when they act like gremlins was so helpful. Calmed my anxiety about leaving my boys ten folds!”

“Edina is truly amazing! I continually rebook Edina because she is caring, thoughtful, and reliable. She takes time to get to know my dog Keiko and develops a relationship that lets Keiko feel comfortable while I am away for work. I wouldn't choose anyone else, Edina is the best!”

“She is wonderful and I hope she will continue to visit with Olee. I’ve had Samantha several times now. and plan on continuing to pick Sam. She’s kind and loving to my kitty. It’s very obvious that she’s spent time with him. She even sent me a video! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

About: I used to worked at a doggy daycare so I am confident in reading dog behavior. Also, I have had pets my whole life, but in the past year and a half I have been pursuing a career with animals, of all kind! I’m currently in school to be a Vet Assistant and am currently Pet CPR and First Aide Certified. I have watched pets for at least 3 years prior, working independently. I am reliable, and will love and care for your pets like they are my own! They will get lots of lovings! I am currently in school online to be a Veterinary Assistant! My schedule is very flexible, since my class is online! Afternoons would be more suitable, but I am also available in the mornings and evenings. In my home, I have a fenced in yard with an energetic 5 month old puppy for your fur babies to play with. I would keep my cat behind a closed door, so your fur baby would not have any interaction with my cat. I have a variety of toys for the pups to play with! I also have a crate, if needed. And of course, they will have proper food and water! In your home, I would treat your pets as if they were my own! They would get proper food and water! Would be let out to go potty and, of course, get lots of pets! We would play with toys, and if you had any brain games, I would do those with your pets. I can also administer medication, if needed. Anything you need me to do for your pets, I will do to the BEST of my ability!
“Jessica is great! Our cat is always well taken care of and loved when she visits. She communicates well and keeps us updated! Highly recommend Jessica!”

“Every time I’m away I trust Megan to look after my pups. I have two senior dogs and it can be stressful leaving them but Megan makes it easy. It was a bit chaotic getting out of town and she was such a help. Thank you, Megan! :)”
“Chris communicated very well and made sure to keep us in the loop when taking care of our dogs. Very nice and kind person as well, as he took the courtesy to clean up our apartment afterwards, and that’s very generous of him. I would recommend him to anyone I know”

“Amanda was extremely easy to communicate with for scheduling and we fully trusted her to take care of our kitty while we were on an international trip. Great experience working with Amanda in every way!!”
About: I'm experienced with pets of different ages, sizes and personalities-from playful, high-energy dogs to independent or shy cats. I take the time to learn each pet's routine and preferences so they can feel as relaxed as possible in their own environment. Pet care fits easily into my daily and weekly routine, allowing me to give pets the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I have a flexible schedule and am currently available most days and times with advanced notice. This flexibility allows me to accommodate a variety of needs, including drop-in visits, walks and extended care. I am reliable and punctual. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a secure, calm environment where pets can feel at home while in my care. I have a large, fenced yard that allows for safe outdoor play and exercise. As a dog owner myself, I'm experienced in handling and caring for larger breeds and understand the importance of supervision, structure, and positive interactions. I currently have a friendly 5-year-old male German Shepherd who is well-socialized and gentle with other dogs. I also occasionally care for my daughter's Pomsky, so I'm comfortable managing dogs with different energy levels and personalities.
“Brianne is such an amazing person and caregiver to are furry babies. We always feel very comforted while we are away knowing that she is taking good care of everything for us. Thank you Brianne for everything you do.”

About: For years, I've been taking care of not only my dog but others as well. Unfortunately, due to my health issues, it is hard for me to manage big energized dogs. So, small and medium sized is my preference. I do very well with seniors as both of my pets are 15 and 16 years old. I would love to play and cuddle with yours! Starting May 25, I will be available 24/7 until about middle of July. Most of the year, I work full-time, but I do have breaks (fall, winter, spring, and summer) throughout the year that give me more availability. Please note that if you book me during working days, I have more restrictions but will always be upfront with you about them. Weekends are always available, no matter what time of year! I do as instructed. I've had clients that only wanted me to stop by throughout the day but stay the night and ones that preferred I stayed at the house most of the time. No backyard? That is okay! I love going on walks for potty breaks and play time. Whatever you instruct, I will follow.
About: A loving home away from home for your beloved pet! Conveniently located in Cheyenne Meadows area of Colorado Springs near Ft. Carson just minutes from the I-25 fwy and 115. Fully fenced backyard and pet-friendly rooms inside the home. I have lots of experience with many breeds of puppies and dogs, as well as disabled and senior dogs. Since I work from home and my schedule is very flexible, I'm able to give furry friends lots of care and attention. My dogs get along well with other dogs of all sizes and varieties. If you choose, I can keep you updated on how your pet is doing and send pics. I will help make your time away as worry-free as can be while your pooch enjoys this pet's paradise! Pet care is my daily priority! I'm primarily retired, but when I work, it's from home so I can give my two pups and any guest pets lots of attention and love. My home is very pet friendly. For guest pets, it's like a visit to granny's house. It's safe and fun. I'm happy to discipline as instructed by the owners and with positivity and lots of love. I have a fully fenced backyard. Pets are welcome on furniture and beds.
About: What started off as a family pet to teach me about empathy and responsibility, turned into a life-long love for animals of all kinds. From a goldfish to a golden retriever, and every animal in between ❤️ I am currently a full time remote employee so I am home 7 days a week. My job offers flexible schedules which allows me the opportunity to go for walks, play at the park, or even toss the ball around in the yard. I live in a townhome and my HOA requires all pets be leashed when outside. However, we have a dog park that is about a half mile away so it is an easy walk there and back. There are also a few trails close by that are great for an afternoon walk. I have multiple dog beds throughout my home as well as a small crate, and animals are allowed on the furniture (including the bed). I also have a basket full of toys for enrichment and provide a variety of treats (owner permitted) throughout the day. I use a gravity water dispenser so fresh, clean water is available at all times. I free feed dry food, and provide wet food on a "breakfast", "lunch", and "dinner" schedule.
About: I have had dogs and cats literally all my life. I currently have 3 rescues. 1 dog who’s 2 years old and 2 cats; a 13 year old and 2 year old I currently am not working. I go out with my dog and go hiking here and there. I try to be out as much as possible. I currently live on Fort Carson. My dog is a huge love bug so she’s no a bother. I also have 2 cats that usually do their own thing
About: I have had dogs ever since I was a little girl. I enjoy taking care and spending time with all dogs. I consider them family. I currently work full time and have time in the evenings and weekends. This is for stopping by to feed, water and let your furry friend out to run. If you have a fenced yard I can let your pet out or take them for a walk if a fenced yard is not the case.
“Samantha was absolutely amazing. Kept me updated checked in on my babies 3x for me. Sent pictures, you can tell how much they love her. Will 100% use her again and again”

“Dora was so thoughtful with both cat care and some odds and ends with housesitting that came up while we were away—we really appreciate her attention to detail and would rebook with her anytime we need help! Thank you 🐾”

“We had a great experience with Kirsten watching our pets over the holidays. She took care of our cat, reptiles, and our bird, and we felt really comfortable knowing they were in good hands while we were away. Kirsten was easy to communicate with and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. When we got home, our cat was relaxed and our all the other pets were doing well and everything in the house was just as we left it.”

Megan has been so great! Had pet sitters fall through but thankfully for her, we were still able to go on our trip and know our pets were taken care of. She is always on time and I love the pictures and updates she gives while we’re gone. Would completely recommend her and plan to rebook her in the future. Thank you, Megan for taking such great care of my fur babies.

Second time booking with Abigail, she’s always taking care of my babies 🐶 very few people I trust with them and she is always so excited to see them. Mind you, they’re super hyper and bark yet she finds her way around making friends with them! Peacefully went out of town knowing they were taken care of.

Andrew is an amazing pet sitter! He was so good and comfortable with our dogs, they loved him 😁 Andrew is friendly, professional, and very competent with dogs. We have a very big puppy and a timid rescue and they responded so well to him. We highly recommend Andrew and will definitely be using him whenever we need a sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Fort Carson with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
