About: I come from a family of animals lovers. I began pet sitting for a licensed pet sitting company when I was 17 years old and then moved into the veterinary field full-time. I have experience in emergency clinics and wellness clinics, so I'm comfortable administering medication for older or ill animals if needed. I have some experience with exotics and small animals (rodents specifically) and I’m happy to follow care instructions for species that are new to me! I work full time, five days a week. My pet care schedule would be morning/evening drop ins around my work hours and overnight stays. I have two very spoiled cats at home and two mice that I love. For clients, I am happy to stop in and spend time with your kiddos and make sure everyone is doing well! I tend to be a homebody, so I am also glad to come spend a few evenings reading or playing on my computer while making sure your fur babies aren't alone and have someone to cuddle with!

About: I worked for a thriving doggie daycare in Idaho for about a year. I learned a lot, especially about different dog behaviors. I also grew up with dogs. I see them as part of the family! My husband and I have a dog. His name is Charlie from the movie All Dogs Go To Heaven. He is our baby, and that means our life has him in it 100% of the time. We always take at least one walk a day. Charlie has access to the yard anytime, as well as good treats and toys. Your dog would have the same treatment as Charlie, of course! My husband is active military and I have a job. Charlie and your dog would not be left alone for more than 8 hours on weekdays. Our home is a welcoming and safe place for dogs. We have a large backyard, all fenced. Trees that bring squirrels that our dog loves to watch and chase. We get our treats and bones from the local Pet Pantry which we share. Dogs are welcome on the furniture. Our dog is very playful. I know your dog will be tired from their stay. If you welcome me into your home. I will be curious about your space and hangout, walk, feed, and play with your dog(s). Clean up after myself.

About: I’ve been caring for pets for most of my life. I grew up surrounded by animals, from bunnies and guinea pigs to horses and dogs, which taught me early on how different personalities and needs can be. For the past 14 years, I’ve been dog sitting both small and large breeds, building hands-on experience with everything from high-energy pups to calmer, senior dogs. I also have my own nine year old mini Maltese, Simba, who is deeply loved and well cared for, and has only strengthened my understanding of daily dog care, routines, and emotional needs. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly life. I’m a freelance filmmaker, fitness trainer, and yoga instructor, so my schedule is flexible and movement-based. Walks, outdoor time, and structured routines are already part of my day, making it easy to incorporate dog walks, playtime, feeding schedules, and check-ins. I enjoy being active and outdoors, so caring for dogs feels like a natural extension of my lifestyle rather than a side task. I always follow the pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, whether that’s in my home or the client’s home. This includes feeding schedules, walks, exercise, play, rest, and any specific instructions you provide. I keep environments clean, calm, and organized, and make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. I’m happy to take dogs on walks, hikes, or to dog parks if that’s something you prefer, or keep things low-key with shorter walks and companionship. My focus is always on attentive, loving, and responsible care tailored to each pet’s personality and needs.

About: My experience with animals has been all my life and 3 years ago I did Rover with my mom. She taught me to not just watch animals but to create a calm, safe, and engaging environment for them. I’m also very communicative I make sure owners feel connected and reassured with regular updates, photos, and honest check-ins. During walks, I'll keep dogs securely leashed and stay aware of our surroundings. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can feel confident your pup is happy and well cared for while you're away.

About: I grew up in a family full of animal lovers. We had cats, dogs, birds, rats, guinea pigs and even horses. When I was a kid I wanted to be veterinarian, but I ended up becoming a software engineer instead. Working remote grants me the freedom to put my love for animals to good use as your on-call back up pet parent. After getting a dog of my own, I realized how important it is to have back-up pet care available for when life gets busy. Travel, work, vacations or whatever else you may not be able to bring your furry friend along for, it's my honor to provide peace of mind while you are away. Don't be afraid to ask me for customization or modifications to your booking. I am more than happy to tailor time frame, price, responsibilities and expectations to exactly what you need for your pup. No request is too difficult. I will do my best to accommodate! Be communicative and explicit about the needs of you and your animals. We'll figure it out! I work a 9-5 Monday-Friday as a software engineer. Outside of meetings I have lots of flexibility to accommodate you and your schedule. I'll work with you 1:1 to figure out exactly what booking details work best for you and your pet(s)! (Additional services such as house cleaning, animal grooming or off-hours visits may include a small up-charge, but I am more than happy to provide these services as I am able) I do not board or care for animals in my own home, as I have 2 pets of my own and my home is their sanctuary :) Just as your home is your animals sanctuary, where they likely feel most comfortable, I think this is the best option for all involved. I've interacted with many animals of all temperaments. I prefer slow introductions, and allowing your pet to get comfortable with me at their own pace.
