About: I have 10 years of experience of handling all types of dogs and ages as well. I am a Military Working Dog Trainer for the USAF. I work M-F and have weekends off. Usually I can do walks or drop in after 4:30 pm. Saturdays I am fully open and Sundays I’m open in the afternoon. I can do anything that you request when it comes to the care of your pets. I am comfortable around big dogs and dogs that have some reactivity issues.
“Gladys did a wonderful job with my two pups! I loved getting the notifications when she was here and they were so happy when I got home. I've already booked my 2nd home visit and I would definitely recommend her.”
“Alisha has been awesome. She is timely in arriving at our house and quick to respond to our requests. She has always been pleasant to work with and flexible to our schedules when she is able. Our dog is always happy to see her and we get photos and confirmation of her visits every time. We will definitely continue to use Alisha.”

“Alaina was awesome! She paid a lot of attention to our pups, and sent lots of pictures. Our dogs warmed up so quickly to her, and she was dependable and reliable. Looking forward to more visits soon!”

About: I've spent close to my whole living with dogs. Constantly learning how to better train them and care for them. Besides my love for dogs, I also have extensive training in emergency training for dogs. I was also a Flight Medic for the military, which included being trained and tasked with caring for injured or sick military working dogs. While I'd never claim to be an expert in this field, you can trust that I know how to take care of your furry family members. I am currently working full time for this position until my civilian licensure in Healthcare is approved, which will take several months. I'll be available day and night, and have no problem working on the weekends if we schedule in advance. I have a fenced in yard and 3 dogs that live with my wife and I. Tucker is a chocolate lab, he's the oldest at 10. Milo and Kiwi are two high energy German Short-haired Pointers, at 4 and 2 years old. We split between fresh food and kibble, and are no strangers to giving medications to our dogs.
“This was my first drop in visit from Tahler and she did fantastic. She sent me tons of pictures and all of my fur babies looked happy. I really appreciated the updates.”

About: I had big dogs growing up who had the energy of a puppy, so bring it on! I am active, so if your dog requires a little running or a heavier workout I can aid with their exercise or basic training like sit, stay, lay down, and shake! I am working from home with no set schedule. I make my own hours so I am flexible when you need me! I already have an animal and can understand the need for a routine. I love dogs and cats that are eager to play. I think a relationship can be built but a gentle approach is typically required at first. My cat is indoor/outdoor, so he can stay outside if needed.

“Honestly, I didn't know what to expect at first... but let me tell you. I was fully blown away at Alice's attention to detail, thought process and just about everything. She thought of things I wasn't thinking about...🤣 She sent me photos and videos. I felt very comfortable leaving our Fur babies with her. I would highly recommend Hiring her now because I guarantee in a few months she's not going to be available... She is amazing! Thanks Alice !!! We will be BACK! XOXOXOXO”

“Heather was wonderful! I appreciated all the photos during each visit. Even our shy kitty was definitely warming up to her at the end, something our guests don't always get to experience. Would definitely recommend!”

“Kessandra was wonderful to work with. She took great care of our dogs. There was significant snowfall while we were out of town and Kessandra was able to still reach our home and care for the dogs. Highly recommend her.”

About: I absolutely love dogs and I have owned them my entire life. I love to pet and play with every dog I see. Breed, size, or color does not matter; they are all cute and lovable. I know dogs need lots of love and attention especially when their owners are gone, and I will there for them to love and comfort them. I am the Administration Director at a Chick-fil-A, but I only work part time in the store, so my schedule is very flexible. I am a mom of two toddlers, but I am still watching dogs to bring in some extra income. My kids loves being around dogs! I am a dog owner myself, and I love to spoil them, so I will fulfill any special requests! I’m home with my kids everyday except Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have a flexible admin job so even on Tuesdays and Thursdays I am home most of the day unless I have an in person meeting or something. My husband also has a flexible job and can be home if I ever have to be gone longer. At my house we have a fenced in yard and a separate basement and bedroom if the dogs have to be separated. I’ll provide pictures and updates to assure you that your dog was checked on and well-loved!

Jennifer was amazing with our 3 dogs. We received regular communication and photos of each visit she had with our pups. They truly loved seeing her at each visit and got lots of love and playtime from Jennifer. We will definitely utilize her services and care again and highly recommend her. Thank you so much Jennifer for taking such good care of our 3 pups and easing our minds while we were away.

Tony watched our 2 Bernese Mountian dogs while we were away. He stopped by twice a day to feed and be with our dogs. He sent pictures and comments with each visit. He is an excellent sitter and we would highly recommend him for your pet. We will use his services in the future. Stan P

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
