She came to my house prior to the appointment to make sure my dogs felt comfortable with her. I thought this was very professional of her. Ashlynn was so wonderful to our 3 kitties. She went above and beyond for their care, and sent so many photos. Carolaine did a fantastic job taking care of my cat while I was away for nearly a month. It was my first time leaving him alone for this long without his brother (who passed away a year ago) and it was clear that Carolaine took the time to give him proper attention (playing with him, giving him pets, applying his daily medication, etc.). Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
